If Rashford leaves it should be Antony
Nico would just be another Pellistri, Elanga or Amad type who isn't ready to start and needs lots of time and development, and Bilbao won't sell for anything short of a huge number since they can't exactly replace him with a powerful dribble since those are rare as hell in the Basque country. Fits their often fairly direct style. Inaki-Sancet-Nico might be their best front 3 in a long time, or Berenguer and Nico either side of an Inaki-Sancet front 2.Yeremi Pino, Nico Williams, Adeyemi, Rayan Cherki.
Each with different characteristics but good options I think. Cherki is the one that creates the most doubts in me.
Think Sancet is the biggest talent as well, he looks like he's got real top class potential.Nico would just be another Pellistri, Elanga or Amad type who isn't ready to start and needs lots of time and development, and Bilbao won't sell for anything short of a huge number since they can't exactly replace him with a powerful dribble since those are rare as hell in the Basque country. Nico and Pino would cost good money and can obviously improve their game a lot.Nico would just be another Pellistri, Elanga or Amad type who isn't ready to start and needs lots of time and development, and Bilbao won't sell for anything short of a huge number since they can't exactly replace him with a powerful dribble since those are rare as hell in the Basque country. Sancet is along with Muniain Athletic's most technically gifted player.Think Sancet is the biggest talent as well, he looks like he's got real top class potential.
This season he's played slightly more on the RW. But over his career yeah, he's played more games on the left. Going by stats alone he seems most productive as a RW. This is from Transfermarkt.Left footed, but it looks like he's played a split between the left and right this season? In fact, his entire career has been split between both wings - with slightly more games played on the left.
AntonyRaphinha or Antony
I want a front three of Sancho, Nkunku or Nunez and Raphinha or Antony. Sell Martial and Rashford.Antony
I like the sound of that except Nunez. Don’t think he’s good enough. Maybe for Spurs, not us.I want a front three of Sancho, Nkunku or Nunez and Raphinha or Antony. Sell Martial and Rashford.
Think Olise is too similar to Sancho in how they play (integrating with passes into the midfield frequently). United need a direct winger with more pace to pre occupy the fullbacks. No love for Michael Olise?
They have similarities, but I think Olise still brings a couple of differences. First of all, he's left footed and can cut inside seamlessly from the right wing compared to the other options, he's not a slow player by any means, he's very flexible positionally, and he's physically a problem for defenders already at 20. He's also very creative which is never something United can say they have too much of. He's just someone I think will be a very good player very soon and people will regret not getting him.Think Olise is too similar to Sancho in how they play (integrating with passes into the midfield frequently). I'm surprised no one has mentioned Anthony Gordon this season from Everton. Easily passes the eye test. Looks like he's got the talent to go up a level at a bigger club.
I still think Raphina should be a number one choice, almost a no brainer has league experience and is a comfortable replacement for the influence of Greenwood.
Any figures going around? Don't think Antony would be that much cheaper.Maybe in the minority but I don’t think Raphina is good enough to justify the fee it’d cost to get him.
Think you are talking about a style that got out of fashion a long time ago. These days you have playmaking/goalscoring wingers that occupy the half space between fullbacks and CBs and have you RB and LB overlap the inside forwards. I wont be a problem if we get a similar player looking for interplay instead of running in to cross or shoot.Think Olise is too similar to Sancho in how they play (integrating with passes into the midfield frequently). United need a direct winger with more pace to pre occupy the fullbacks.

You've just condraticted yourself with the Raphinha comparison who is also a playmaker from the right as opposed to pace merchant direct winger.Think Olise is too similar to Sancho in how they play (integrating with passes into the midfield frequently). I agree with you, we 100% need pace and dribbling flair on one of our flanks.Think Olise is too similar to Sancho in how they play (integrating with passes into the midfield frequently). United need a direct winger with more pace to pre occupy the fullbacks.

Since Sancho has been playing LW most of the season. I’m not sure why though. He had a couple of excellent games on the RW and then never got played there again. It’s very odd. When did rw become an issue again, that is what we brought sancho for no?
Yeah, this isn't a thing.Possibly greenwood depending what happens
You don't know that, nobody does.Yeah, this isn't a thing.
Frankly, he no longer exists in the realm of Manchester United.
Would be an absolute dream, wanted him here before he joined Juve, but now he'll probably cost an arm and a leg.Chiesa
He’s right footed and plays on the left. We need a right winger.Harvey Barnes needs to be on with a shout. He’s better than Bowen who’s getting a lot of love these days.
Not likely to happen on either count. Sancho seems to have cemented himself on the left and we need a replacement for Greenwood. We've got too many positions that needs strengthening to worry about RW. Hopefully, Jadon do the job at RW and Rashford can recover his form
