Watching this makes it all the more obvious how big the gap is between us and these two sides.

The pace of the game is insane, players actually run with the ball and dribble.

Don't think a single player from our team would start for either of these sides.
We can match the shit defending on show.

As much as I don't like City, they're playing football the right way. I could see allegiances changing over to them generationally.
Yup. I feel almost dirty for saying it, but they are so fecking good to watch. I guess Pep won't stay forever though!

City at their best are still levels ahead. Everything looks choreographed.

When you play 5-a-side and there's always that one player on the other team who never stops moving or just seems to be that much fitter than everyone else.

City have a whole team of that.

We'd have been gassed after 15 minutes, playing like they are.

City are making it look effortless. Unsettling Liverpool's defence and making their full backs work.

Ederson is the only concern.

Things change quickly in Football. Liverpool have been a level above us for years but a couple of injuries last year and we finished above them. It’s hardly like we’re Burnley and they’re Real Madrid. We’re still the biggest club in this country.

That was so bad from Sterling.

He wants the ball and then he is surprised, that he is getting the ball
