Club have to be proactive in telling players they have no future here.

The (high) wage is really an issue. Quite some of our unwanted players are being paid like top earner at many other clubs. If we have to force them out, we may have to subsidize their wage or give them away like freebie.

he's such a sour cnut.
LVG may hate us but he's just said in public which was happening in private.

If Timber had been told that they were building the team around him and FDJ he'd be here already. Obviously he's been told so far he'd be fighting for game time with Slabhead and chances of playing decision wouldn't just be down to form (similar to how Slabhead wasn't dropped at all last season)

Its not obvious he's been told that, nor any of us know what he's been told.

And I dont know if its just me but these nicknames are cringeoworthy, especially when an United fan calls a United player like that, whatever he, they mean about him.

Source:
  • Ajax rejected Arsenal's advances, so Arsenal backed off.
  • No mention of what amount United plan to offer Ajax.
  • If United can push further than Arsenal did, then Ajax may be forced into a decision on Martínez.
  • Ajax will only accept a significant offer for Martínez (what that is wasn't specified).

Am I right in saying Ornstein (tier 1 for Arsenal) said Arsenal had a 30mil bid rejected?
Correct, though this tweet mentions that an official bid hasn't been made. It's possible that the 30m bid was verbal

In fairness it’s the fans getting themselves into a heap even before June they had started moaning.
I am more frustrated with not getting rid of some players to give the manager more funds. I know some went because of contracts expiring, but Woodward/Judge have left the new board with one hell of a problem.

Now that i can get onboard with. Though maybe it’s a case if we don’t get X then we should keep Y

It is worrying when Y is worse than useless. You could put a number of names in there. It isn't even talent wise, it is that they are mainly injury prone. Which along with high wages, players who have forgotten what it is like to work hard for their money is putting other clubs off.

I believe that ETH thinks that a main reason for their shitness is lack of proper fitness meaning every man and his dog are out running us. I think he’s going to work them hard in preseason then he will see the wheat seperate from the chaff

yeah, considering how many times height was mentioned in the Timber thread, this will go down even worse. Is he at least as good/on par with ball at feet?

Aargh, bloody hell
He's kinda on par with Blind ability at switch play, long ball. Comfortable on ball, but not comparable to,Timber ability to dribbling with speed.

As a so called top tier journalist, he is really pathetic and shameless at times in just rehashing and rewrapping the old info and presenting it as new.
As a so called top tier journalist, he lives rent free in a lot of peoples' heads.

Apparently successful people in 70% of his aerial duals.. I know it’s the Eredivisie but it’s still not bad.

Should also mention the number of transfer windows ETH has in mind for those 5.
I think De Jong, Eriksen, Anthony and 1 defender will be a really solid window.

Now someone will reply that we will still be shite without a DM.
