I have no idea either, yet.
My point was, I don’t understand resenting players for looking after themselves when clubs do the same. United included.

Unfortunately, United are currently shit, and much like United does and moves on shit players to enhance their chance of winning, it’s understandable quality players would want to move on from shit clubs to do the same.
He's old, we are not a shit club. He struggled with running last season. Stop making us out to be a millstone around an aging footballer's neck.

There's only one United!
Does it have to take to july for him to tell United to leave or had the club know since may?
This is why i think that he was waiting, like all of us, for meaningful incoming transfers which did not arrive!!

I dont think we should back out of the Martinez deal because our main forward has thrown (another) hissy fit.

Wonder if it's also because he had a chat with ETH who confirmed Maguire as captain.

He's such a club legend he cried about being a slave when we didn't let him go to Madrid in 2008 and Fergie literally had to go on his knees so he'd stay for another season. Club legends don't do that.
Should of paid him the wages Madrid were offering.

Fergie was a Glazer stooge

Ronaldo and Pogba attitude should influence our transfer policy going forward. When you play for united the club comes first, no more self centered celebrity signings.
We buy players making the step up and not players who think they're doing us a favour, anyone who wants out can f*** off so far as they can provide a buyer willing to pay our valuation.

Because Palace and Leicester were super functional last season.

Rashford isn't good enough. But then again 4 goals in half as many minutes and no penalties (So maybe 8 + 3 pens + playing at 9) isn't miles off Ronaldo's 18.
I'm not getting into a Rashford v Ronaldo sentiment.

Rashford has had stints at CF and hasn't worked, he regressed if anything. He isn't the answer to our CF problems, nor is Martial. Our best option is probably Bruno as a false 9.

Hence I ask, who is there to sign up and add goals as a genuine CF?

Nkunku signed a new deal, Schick has also. Neymar? Sod that! Lewa wants Barca.

If it is truly a new start with a new manager then he needs new players, ideally a CF in his identity for the new team.

Did Ronaldo just get sick of us not signing anyone? Despite it being massively obvious we needed a lot of work?

He's old for football yes but he keeps fit and he pushes the rest of the team too.
Are we to enjoy more of Rashford and Co, a few yards from the goal post, sending the ball another few yards out?!

It all depends how much we're willing to spend. If Napoli are interested as suggested then Osimhen would be an interesting (but expensive) option.

If Martial wasn't so injury prone he could be salvageable.

It looks that way because your hero wants to break contact and leave.

We should if the Martinez deal means we won't go for a forward. We have 5 CBS but no one to score fecking goals

He along with De Gea was your (and others) hero too last season as we'd have finished 17th without them.

He's probably making a noise now that his team have found a taker. Which is annoying for the club's planning for next season. Could have done with knowing sooner. Oh well we needed a CF anyway.

Chelsea buying big reputation strikers on big wages has always turned out well for them hasn’t it…….

Genuinely don't care me.
Same here. Let him be someone else's headache. Tuchel benched Lukaku last season. Imagine all the drama if Tuchel bench that twat and how that would feck Chelsea up next season. I'd be laughing for months.

He might be doing what Rooney did back in the Fergie days. Rightfully questioning the club's ambition looking at the lack of transfers so far.
