So for the last 3 years everyone was just showing up when they want and doing what they want?Bruno Fernandes said:"I think we missed that for a while, and I think, for me, the way I see discipline is important,"
"For me, discipline is not only the way you play on the pitch, the position that you have, what you have to do, it's also off the pitch -- don't be late for the meetings, don't be late for the meals.
"I think that's really important because if everyone is on time and someone comes late, he should be punished and I think that's really good that he's doing that and for me amazing, because I like to be on time, so I won't have problems with that."
It really does sound like thatSo for the last 3 years everyone was just showing up when they want and doing what they want?
Makes sense to be fair.
Essentially, yesSo for the last 3 years everyone was just showing up when they want and doing what they want?
Makes sense to be fair.
When Ole was here, if the players fecked up, he just called them by their full first name for 2 days.Pretty damning on the Solskjaer regime then
I mean that sentence does also pretty much sum up our performances on the pitch during that time.So for the last 3 years everyone was just showing up when they want and doing what they want?
Makes sense to be fair.

"I talk with the manager and he asks me what I am feeling about the game-plan and I said to him I had a coach at Sporting Lisbon (Marcel Keizer) who came from Ajax too and the way of things was quite similar and I had my best season with him."
Hagalityfeck yeah, “punish him”
I think in a lot of cases it was probably the lack of discipline or standard setting from the manager that would cause them to down tools in the first place. Why put the effort in when there's no direction to it and no one's going to bother to recognise it anyway.Good!
Let's see which players down tools and ask for a more matey manager.
I'm gonna count to 3!When Ole was here, if the players fecked up, he just called them by their full first name for 2 days.
I think we all suspected as much...So for the last 3 years everyone was just showing up when they want and doing what they want?
Makes sense to be fair.
Her voice is irritating glad isn't just me who thinks thisI'm trying but i cant get used to Melissa Reddy's voice

I get everyone wants to beat on Ronaldo at the moment but he’d lap this kind of discipline up.I think in a lot of cases it was probably the lack of discipline or standard setting from the manager that would cause them to down tools in the first place. Why put the effort in when there's no direction to it and no one's going to bother to recognise it anyway.
Maybe the super egos would still be a problem but we've only got a few of those left and one wants to leave anyway and is nearly 40, and also isn't exactly the type to lack self discipline.
Pretty much what the caf has been saying for 3 years. We are complete muppets but some things are obvious and the lack of standards/discipline was glaring. So for the last 3 years everyone was just showing up when they want and doing what they want?
Makes sense to be fair.
Remember we were told Ole brought the culture backPretty damning on the Solskjaer regime then
Lets just make sure to avoid Russia in the winter then. This is how Nazi Germany started.
He makes the players sound like kids trying to avoid schoolSo for the last 3 years everyone was just showing up when they want and doing what they want?
Makes sense to be fair.
I don’t think any of the players had any individual tactical instructions from Ole tbh. Just go out there and play.Hopefully this will result in a much more disciplined Bruno.
I remember Ole himself once said that he essentially lets Bruno do what he wants because every now and then it will result in a goal (and to be fair, that was when Bruno was at his best but not still great tactical instructions for an individual player).
