This makes less sense than Rabiot with Bruno & Eriksen in the team.
Excels as an 8. So in theory he would pair well with Rabiot then ?Which one of you is the Lazio expert? Isn't a very adventurous player more than a conductor?
That’s not a good benchmark. We ve been signing players who are an “upgrade” on what we have. That’s why we are in a position with shit players on high wages. We need players who can actually improve our squad and will be a difference maker.Good question but it looks like we’re gonna find out. Either way I reckon a shit version of Rabiot is still probably an upgrade on McTominay.
Not asking about their prices. I'm asking about whether SMS, who was seen as one of the biggest potential talents in football at the time, has continued to progress or if his career stalled.Their prices have dropped*
* Just in case this is a Caf pub quiz
Bruno arguably shouldn't be in the team though. This makes less sense than Rabiot with Bruno & Eriksen in the team.
Where is this us having no money thing coming from?No chance. We don't have that kind of money.
Yeah, was a bit sarcastic. Don’t see SMS working in a midfield two with Fernandes ahead of him. He’s got midfield three with licence to roam vibes over himThat’s the same as Fernandes and Eriksen?
Exactly what I was thinking. How does this make sense hahaAttacking 8 who loves to get forward and does his best work in the final third. Would be a really smart signing when we already have Fernandes and Eriksen in the team.
It's normally safe to assume that people rummaging through the bargain bin in poundland aren't millionaires.Where is this us having no money thing coming from?
I think it's more logical to think we've been stupid enough to have our summer budget dictated by agreeing a high fee and high wage deal for FDJ that isn't going to happen, and continue to do so.It's normally safe to assume that people rummaging through the bargain bin in poundland aren't millionaires.

Looks a totally legit link. And Eriksen makes more sense at the 10 or on the wing as things stand.I reckon this is a complete non starter. Either his agent trying to get a move or us releasing news to show that we are actually working on transfers, just to appease the fans. Makes very little sense to spend £50m on a player whose skillset we don't really need, when we have eriksen for that role and clearly need other positions filling. Rabiot makes more sense.
I don't think SMS has played as an AM much in the last 2/3 years. Sarri plays a strict 433 and he adopted adequately to playing as CMThis makes less sense than Rabiot with Bruno & Eriksen in the team.
We went from buying a mansion in London to buying a studio apartment in Liverpool. Feck this.
If you take Pogba and cross him with Fellaini (as a 10), you get this guy. He puts in a bit more of a shift defensively compared to Pogba, but is not as skilled or creative. However, he gets into the box in good positions regularly and is a goal threat.Never seen this guy play. Before I check YouTube has anyone got info on what kind of player he is?
Yea, goes straight into the McT position I think. Similar kind of frame too actually but looks far better technically.Trying to make sense of it, I guess he goes straight in the double pivot and partners Rabiot/Fred.
Doesn’t Sarri coach Napoli. This lad plays for Lazio.I don't think SMS has played as an AM much in the last 2/3 years. Sarri plays a strict 433 and he adopted adequately to playing as CM
I would say yes. Under Sarri he changed from the pogba-esque Hollywood player who drifted in and out of games to a functional and tidier central midfielder. Not asking about their prices. I'm asking about whether SMS, who was seen as one of the biggest potential talents in football at the time, has continued to progress or if his career stalled.
Nice. I'm not against that at allI don't think SMS has played as an AM much in the last 2/3 years. Sarri plays a strict 433 and he adopted adequately to playing as CM
Sarri has been Lazio's manager for over a year now. Took over after Inzaghi left for InterDoesn’t Sarri coach Napoli. This lads plays for Lazio.

Genuinely didn’t know that.Sarri has been Lazio's manager for over a year now. Took over after Inzaghi left for Inter
We were ready to spend 85m on FDJ all summer
Were we though? All summer it was quoted that we had maybe £120m to spend. We spent all summer chasing a target who has no intention of joining us... Seems like exactly the sort of thing the owners would do to make it look like they tried.Where is this us having no money thing coming from?
