Seriously, why would De Jong choose Utd over Barca or Chelsea? Time to move on before the window closes.

FC Barcelona announces the sale of 24.5% of Barça Studios to the company Orpheus Media for an amount of 100 million euros. This sale will accelerate the growth of the Club's digital, NFT and Web3 strategy”

I love how the last line says “the sale will accelerate growth”…..more like it’ll save the club from being fecked for 1 year!

Probably not the best situation in terms of signing FDJ. They don’t need to sell FDJ to register their players.

Well I guess they needed 100M to register players, seems like the protracted media war on Frenkie will continue for a while yet. Goodness knows what they plan on doing next year.

Seems like the presidents of Barca like to take big chances -- assuming its a reflection of the desires of their fans. Promises of going big all the time -- got them in trouble under Bartomeu and now Laporta seems to be doubling down. A gambler's mentality.

They were in the financial crapper 20 years ago and now they are back in the same scenario except by selling off these assets, recovery may not be as easy this thing round.

Can somebody please provide the proof where ETH states it’s FdJ or nothing?
he was asked Brighton pre-match presser if he could stomach missing out on "a player like FDJ", his response was "It's always about buying the right player, if that is not possible you look within the squad to develop".

It was a similar answer he gave in the Bangkok pre-game presser.

Because Barca don't want him, have treated him like shit and are refusing to pay him what he is owed.

Chelsea already have a pretty stacked midfield so he won't play all the time.

At United he would be a very important player, he would start every week and the fans would appreciate him more.

Plus we can afford to pay him more than both of them.

They’ve definitely got a plan to dissolve the club in a couple of years and launch Barcelona Phoenix

Probably, though i imagine it'll only be Laporta getting that sweaty... he'll likely have the aircon on full blast too
I imagine he's the type to sweat when browsing the internet or typing a message on his phone. The greasy feck.

Look at this thread. Look at the amount of fans who are already attacking him and his fiancé for literally no reason. Do you think this goes away if he signs? Did they for Pogba? Maguire?

i think you're dreaming. United is not attractive for any top player. Hell, some mid level players are turning us down for Ajax.

There is not a single reason for FDJ to choose us over Chelsea.

Chelsea - Champions league football every season. Willing to spend whatever it takes. Team full of top players. Fantastic manager, high wages. Run as a football club. Lives in London.

Man United - Struggling team. Documented problems all over the media. Won't get top 4. No champions league football, and unlikely to get it any time soon. Run as a business. See's players like Ronaldo join and want to leave a season later. Only plus is ETH has worked with him before.

Hell, i'd say if you're a player then spurs are a more attractive proposition than us. Let alone Chelsea.
