We were never this dominant. I remember the 2 years after we won the treble we won the league at a canter but that was when the PL was quite weak. Now you have excellent teams but city just make it look so easy.
I actually don't think the league is any stronger top to bottom than its ever been, just my opinion of course.

Bigger transfer fees means nothing, its just selling clubs know the PL has a lot of money. We see this every year with City, hammer the lesser teams but they'll stumble eventually though I don't doubt they'll win the league.

Showing bottle against a team that’ll scrap for relegation, fair play. Let’s see them do that against a decent team.

back in year 2000 only one club in EPL has money, now there are 4 clubs (Man City, United, Liverpool, Chelsea) has similar budget, with Arsenal and Spurs in 2nd tier, and Newcastle on the wing.

I have a feeling we will see alot of players holding down keepers in the near future.

Fulham, Bournemouth, a shite Leicester, Palace, Villa.

Couldn’t have had an easier first 5 games. Watching the downfall as the harder games come in will be nice. This won’t last and the hard on that the commentators have for them will soften and retract.

Martinez has had a shocker tonight. Gifted them the first and should save the second.

Matty cash intentionally playing this poorly for the Gerrard sack. It’s so obvious during the whole game. Sure of it. Seems like Tyrone Mings rule that dressing room.

Look at his arms. I would be pissed if it happened to us. To be fair a better keeper would have just pushed him away
Look at the Keepers arms. He's literally just holding his ground. Not even nearly a foul.
