Chair is 5 years older and if I'm not mistaken it's the first time he's been on the same pitch as Hannibal, and from the evidence we've seen in the first half, Hannibal has shown a better first touch. Maybe things might change in the second half and we might see more of the Moroccan player, Chair.

Just like I said he was a disaster waiting to happen on a yellow. Should have been a second yellow to be honest, he actually needs to calm down.
He played well and the first yellow he received was after his team mates had lost the ball in a dangerous area and he took one for the team after only 6 minutes of the game. So he was always going to be walking a tight rope there after.
But it was the correct decision to take him off I think he's done very well considering how Eustace set the team up and what was expected of Hannibal as the LCM.

The only thing you’ve demonstrated is you have a wonderful talent for arguing against points which haven’t been made. He isn’t saying the entire EFL is disjointed - he fecking admits THIS GAME is the only EFL game he’s ever sodding watched.

I am glad he is getting to play on a regular basis. There is a decent player in him. We may also see him in action in the WC, he has already amassed 18 caps for Tunisia.

If the worst part of a young players game is that he's too rash, especially when he's not even a defender, then I think we'll be alright.
Hannibal and zidane will both be top quality for United. Physically you can tell Hannibal will have it all by the time he’s grown into his man’s frame and then the quality will shine through technically he’s always had it.
I told my arsenal buddy Saka would be a top player when he was still in the academy. Garnacho as well. I believe united won’t need to buy a midfielder for a loong time. Then we have Kobbie Mainoo who’s been in the squad already… and if there’s any yew know about Ten Hag he doesn’t play juniors for the sake of it. You have to earn it. Kobbie my only worry he’s growing so fast the effect on his game won’t be known for a while. But I suspect that’s our no.6 spot sorted.

I think in our academy, one of slogans is something like “play fearlessly”. So, he will be ok to adjust to the norm.
One thing I have noticed about him is that he doesn't react poorly against physical contact or aggressive tackles as much as he did in the Academy. A bit of whinging or Brunoeques arm waving only.

This is part of what makes him tenacious and a live wire, but it will get him in trouble moving forward. Whilst you don't want to take the fire from his belly, he does need to channel it in the right way.
Yet he has escaped a red card in 11 appearance in Championship. Has never been sent for International team. And lets be honest, his U23 or U18 red cards have been after him being subjected to some horrific tackles.
It seems like you have made up your mind about him. He is bit rash and sometimes he is guilty of being naive but he is 19 and will learn.
He does seem to be a tad fired up in his playstyle. Just looks a bit immature at times. Of course, I don't watch him on a regular basis. Just basing this opinion on highlight videos. Young Rooney could get rash, overemotional and ill disciplined back in the day but that never affected him on the ball because he showed a lot of maturity in his decision making on the ball. He's young, he will learn.
He's played minimal senior games overall, his minutes for Birmingham equate to just over 5 full games, and he is being well protected by the manager, hence being brought off very early (Eustace wanted to bring him off at half time, Hannibal said he would be ok, it lasted 4 minutes)
A talented lad, it's part of his game, just needs to channel it in the way Keane did (to a degree!), or Rooney learnt too.
Not at the same level as Rooney, but yeah I would say yes Hannibal is quite matured in his decision making in the ball.
He needs to be more composed and zen but it will be tougher now since teams know his temperament. Just needs to give no fecks about the opponent.
I will always remember that Rooney volley against Newcastle when he was arguing with the ref then ran and smashed all his frustration into the ball into the top corner.
You should have watched Roy Keane and Rooney play when they were younger.

Good loan situation for him. The fact is he's a lot easier to develop than Amad. Physically better (but not quite there) and highly competitive on the pitch which a Championship manager wants. Not worried about the yellows.
Agreed, I am sure McTominay will beat him in the yellows this year, he also got away with just yellow many time before and he's way more clumsy than that.
