Is Ronaldo justified to say that he “feels betrayed” by Manchester United?

No.
There's other things like kids wearing EPTS and being talked through it afterwards. They also teach sports science from a young age and use technology to explain the reasons why it's important to look after your body etc. It's really hard to explain as I don't truly understand it all. I just know its having an impact on sons thinking in regards to fittness and what he eats.

As I said said. The facatalities are infistructure is incredible but United coaching team is better, by some distance as well
Ok, gotcha. I misunderstood the comment about cones. City have dedicated, permanent smaller pitches. United mark them out temporarily, as needed. Have to say I’m surprised at that.

Although, obviously, good coaching more important than permanent underage pitches!

This 'they kind of didn't believe me' sounds airy fairy, either they did or they didn't. Very hard to fathom it was the latter. Hope he isn't using his daughter's sickness as some kind of weapon or excuse, that would be sick.

If he ends up forcing the glazers to redevelop Carrington or build a new training ground completely then I have to say he had a valid point in that respect.

I'm a self confessed fan of his and its painful to see it ending in a bitter way. I know we are better off without him but it was sheer joy when he did return and just brought so much nostalgia.

Anyway, OT always sing his name and it will be interesting to see how they react. His perception of what United fans think of him maybe based on what he sees at the ground and not what he sees on social media. Not sure.
He'll never put a MU shirt again, nor put a foot at Old Trafford. He's absolutely gone, there's no way back.

I wonder what his teammates make of it all, Dalot and Fernandes must surely respect ETH and they might secretly not agree with his views.

For all we know his teammates might actually think he's finished, they might believe he's dragging their club side and national teams down.

I can only go off Wikipedia but it says Carrington has 14 pitches in total, of varying sizes. Which I have to say sounds much more realistic than staff coning off full size pitches everyday.

12 are grass, using the same grass as Old Trafford. All with irrigation, under soil heating etc.
They have a few half pitches (I think) and a couple 5 or 7 aside pitches (adult)
All I can say is I've never seen a dedicated kids outdoor grass pitch.

I'm making it sound like the Aon TC is shit. It's not. It's still an incredible set up. It's just that city's is so much better. It's going to be given the cost

Ronaldo won't make another tournament for Portugal and he'll be fecked out of the club soon enough.

Carrington has been redeveloped already.

If the club had suspicions it was because they knew he was actively trying to leave at the time. I mean, he just claimed he was too sick to be part of the squad yesterday but looks fine for Portugal today. I think the club having some suspicions about his absence and how long it would last seems pretty fair...

the club is smart to wait until the whole shitshow airs, but once it does, there absolutely have to be legal steps. He's straight up slandering the club, ffs.

The coaching is incredible.
I know now why we create so many good players.

I've just googled Carrington images. A load of pitches, various sizes, permanently marked out. It looks great.

Didn't we also spend a fortune on a new medical wing after Ronaldo left? Sure I remember that.

As someone whose newborn child was also in intensive care for the first week of his life, the man’s pathetic for trying to score points with it.

Not every great player misbehaves. Having an ego does not mean that you are a petulant man child.
I know. I’m not defending Ronaldo, on the contrary I’m making a differentiation between him and players like Cantona who I’ve seen mentioned as if it’s in the same ballpark.

I'd be really disappointed if we ended up paying even 1% of that money. Terminating the contract mutually is fine but why should he get the rest of the money?

i was honestly surprised to see how easily he came back in last time after a relatively small slap on the wrist. In no way do i see this as being something he can come back to. And i hope the first training session they have in portugal either Dalot or Bruno just put in an absolutely crunching tackle on him.

As would I
However I think they will have to come to some sort of agreement.
I'm sure United will want him to sign a NDA (if there's anything left to say that is)

I think he remembers the treatment SAF gave him when his dad was sick and felt angry that the individuals involved weren't giving him the same treatment. I'm guessing they gave him time off but acted suspicious of him.

Can he blame the United people not fully believing him when a just a week or so before his agent leaked that he wanted to leave?

I love that he’s the current laughing stock of football. Supporters of all teams know when a player over steps the mark. Hopefully when the full interview there will be even more embarrassing shit for him and that cnut Piers.

Based on United's "statement" i think they may just take the high road.
Probably currently negotiating with Ronaldo/agent for mutual termination of contract.
Then they will release a very mild statement thanking Ronaldo for his services. Letting it lie. No need to stoop to his level and "respond" or refute.

Definitely the best way to handle it. Need to get it done quickly though.

there should be no negotiating from Uniteds side apart from offering to rip up his contract without paying the outstanding money. Given what Ronaldo's done with tha Morgan interview, I feel that's more than generous.

Or they are in contact with the FA and PFA trying to figure out if they can build a dressing room in Kuala Lumpur and put his lockers there.
