FT whistle couldn’t have come soon enough! Saudi Arabia will be massively fancying their chances of qualifying from this group as these two look utter shite. It’s a pity as the Mexican fans have been great.
As mad as it sounds in my head if SA play with the tempo and effort they did this morning they would certainly have every chance, not sure either team would cope to well with another performance from SA, if they have another match in them like that one.

I've opened the mulled wine, tucked into 2 glasses and now I'm at the point where I'd pay for a goal in this last game. The day started off so promising.

So many poor touches, dribbles and miscontrolled balls. Nothing to do with pitch or the surface surely?

Imagine paying all that money for flights, accomodation and tickets for the World Cup and witnessing a 0-0.

Poland looks very bad coached... They have a few talented players but no collective cohesion whatsoever.

I can't wait for the group phase to be over. This is just shit. Number of teams should be reduced, not increases ffs

How did Poland qualify in the vaunted UEFA qualification? They’re dire.

That was diabolically bad. Very little effort to go for it as time wound down.

It's incredible, really. His club career looks absolutely bang average but he's somehow Dino Zoff with a headband every time the World Cup rolls around.
Watch him save a Messi penalty in the next one. Its inevitable.

At least Italy would have brought some technical betterment to this tournament. This was fecking dumb football.

Bit worried about that free role for Griezmann.

I think T. Hernandez is better than L.
Theo is better offensively but Deschamps likes his defenders to be good at defending first and foremost and Lucas is better in that regard. If we go 5 at the back I'd expect Lucas to play LCB and Theo LWB.

We were quite clearly spoiled by Argentina vs Saudi Arabia being the game of the tournament to say we got two of the dullest games of football to follow.

Imagine what Denmark could do with a proper striker.

Was kinda hoping Theo Hernandez would be playing lb to offer a bit more in attack. That back 4 is so defensive. Unlikely they'll concede but also basically puts all the responsibility for creating from the wing on Mbappe and Dembele.

Just in case anyone missed it. I don't like Mount.

No Varane is good. Let him rest.

Why not Camavinga instead of Rabiot?
Hasn't played a lot for Madrid and when he did wasnt amazing + he had a little niggle 2 days ago. Probably won't come on either in this game.
