you’re using evidence against your point here
No I'm not. If you can't see that it clearly hits his wrist then you need glasses.

The problem is you committed to a stance and you're too proud to admit you were wrong. It is what it is.

The 1st goal wasn't deserved, this one totally is, Senegal collapsed an England was crushing them since.

Bellingham what a run. Class. If that was a portuguese, Spanish, Brazilian or Argentinian they would probably fall and not capitalize that

Does it hit his right arm at all? Mental decision if it doesn't.
No

But the VAR decided to mainly focus on the angle from behind where you can only see his right arm for whatever reason so it looked like it. They showed the referee that angle I just clipped one time but by then his mind was already made up.

Thank God we didn't need a set piece to open the scoring.

Senegal very unlucky to be 2-0 down.

Finally got runners in beyond Kane from central midfield, as we aren't getting that from wide, and we got the opening goal. Was massively against the run of play.

Since scoring we've had some good counter pressing situations, which is our squad's real strength. Won the ball back and transitioned fast. Ole ball at its best. Kane scores and that's halfway home.

Relieved.

Not sure where the extra 20 seconds came from there but Senegal desperately needed to tactically foul there.

They didn't, Bellingham runs through and Kane decides this game.

This is massive for England considering how poor they were for a 20 minute spell. Really can't see Senegal scoring a couple now.

Looked like it would be a proper match the first half hour.

Can't wait for France England.

Honestly expected him to sky it

All the kane slagging off in here has worked. Although, he was actually in a position he should normally be occupying.

Can anyone tell me why African teams are usually described as 'awkward to play against', by the English commentary and narrative? It's not the first time I've heard this.

Do they not use formations, tactics and communicate in language as other teams do? They do have extra limbs? An extra eye? What exactly is it?
I would assume it's a holdover from the old days when teams did all have unique flavours to their play.
