Feels like every player is just better under him. You can see big improvements in each phase of play. I really feel weird seeing a proper manager in charge after last ten years…

2 wins away from going at least 6 behind The league leaders, could be less if Arsenal drop points in their next game.
it’ll be hard to do but something special could be there if we can do it

Impressed with how he has managed the squad from the Xmas period up until now, he's done a good job rotating whilst still coming away with 3 points.

I’ve been on the fence about him for most of the season but he’s slowly convincing me, he’s done well so far. It’s a shame we don’t really seem to be chasing anyone this month, it’s been said a million times already but a clinical striker and more options in the midfield would help him out a lot.

Imagine if we trusted him and gave him the players he wanted early in pre season. We wouldn’t have had such a poor few opening games and would genuinely be in contention.

Whether we get a new striker in January or not does not alter my views about EtH.

He is in my opinion an elite coach.

At the moment a little way behind Pep and Klopp.

But as good if not better than anyone else in the PL.

Why is he behind Pep and Klopp? The is only here for 1/2 a season. He is already doing better than both of them when they came in. Only reason Pep is doing well is there is monopoly money for him to spend. How many CB does he need? How many FB does he needs? How many wingers does he have? I give Klopp more credit than Pep. Klopp is able to elevated his players to go toe to toe with Pep having less money and lesser quality players. I see ETH being more of Klopp than Pep, he spend money only on the right players. My only concern is whether Antony can justify his price tag, so far he is 1/2 the value of the price that we pay.

If there was ever a man who should be backed to the fullest, its Erik! Love this manager and the fact we look like a coherent football team again, its felt like so long.

My manager! Most excited I have felt about this team in 10 years. Give him a striker and a proper Bruno backup and we are cooking.

Buy him a striker.

The next two league games will show us what he's made of and how far away we are from where we want to be. But I certainly don't go into these games expecting the absolute worst.

Obviously there are some results earlier on in the season which didn't look good, with or without signings...but give the man his dues. He's battled against the Ronaldo PR, he's proved he handled Casemiro correctly, he's brought Shaw and Rashford right back into top form, he's made two useless looking RBs look quite good. If he can squeeze more out of Martial and Antony as well as getting Sancho somewhere back to his best, we're laughing.

If this happens we'll have our best season post Fergie...

Let's hope so.

Makes no sense not to splash the cash this month and get a decent CF either short term or loan, unless of course you're not planning on selling unless the price is right and you want to take a fat dividend next season.

If we can get Sancho cooking then that would honestly be such a game changer in the 2nd half of the season. Rashford with him learning how to use his body now through the middle, Sancho on one wing and then the other side rotating with Antony, Garnacho, or Martial coming in some times... There's so much potential in our attack, just needs to click and some of the underperformers to show some belief again. Currently our only performing attackers are Rashford and Garnacho.

I’m on the fence now about how important a striker is. What’s gone under the radar is our defence, a lot of people point to needing goals but we don’t need that many goals to win a match. What he’s done to our defence is nothing short of sensational.

Considering everything that's happened in a short period of time, he's done a great job so far - quietly lead us to go about our business.

Really hoping we can get him some reinforcements by the time we play City next Saturday. The next couple of league matches could be tough, but take 4-6 points from them and I think we'd be justified in daring to look up instead of down.

For most of the season, really? First two games were turbulent but after that he's had us playing our best football in over a decade, whilst rejuvenating players that looked like they couldn't do the basics.

I hope rivals are not sacred of us. Because with proper owners, this is just the appetizer.

I agree to an extent...there's a solid foundation defensively, but having not played a good team for quite a few weeks I'm keen to see what happens when challenged by a proper top 4 side post-world cup.

But if Luke Shaw wants to pop in and score a Van Nistelrooy goal more often, you might be onto something :D

Yeah, I didn’t know much about him before he came other than what I’d read, and the slow start definitely didn’t help. I don’t think it would have been fair to fully commit to backing him or not so early, I’d even say now it’s early days.

Since the City game we've played 16, won 13, drawn twice and lost once.

Scored 30
Conceded 10
Clean Sheets 10
That is beyond impressive with this squad. I really hope we get the man the striker he needs sharpish.

Give this man a striker. Watching Elanga doss around for the last few minutes of games when we could be knocking 4s and 5s past teams is a bit silly.

Read somewhere that Van Der Gaag has a major role in setting up the defence

Discounting the first 2 games, we are on pace for 85/86 Pts.

Would be a massive statement if EtH achieves the highest point totals since Fergie in his first season.

Remember how dreadful we were last year? Remember the first two games and what they carried over? Ten Hag, you are a God, mate.

The fans are behind this man, the player are behind him as well. I just hope the potential new owners get behind him too. Give ETH the tools he needs to take us to the next level is all I ask. First time in a long time, there seems to be a clear visions & a blueprint on what a Manchester United manager is trying to achieve which isn’t something I’ve said in the past about his predecessors. It’s the part I’m absolutely buzzing to watch us play again which ain’t something I’ve said too often in the past.
