Inquest needed. Im not joking
PGMOL will come out this week commending his performance saying he got all decisions correct. It’s a racket.

This reffing is driving me off the conspiracy deep end so hear me out.

How unlikely is it that he has a friend of a friend slipping some money on yellow card bets? It's the kind of thing you could easily get away with as there's no way the FA are ever going to look into it and if anything super blatent in terms of penalties etc happens you can still give them. Yellow cards? Easy to get away with. But to mitigate risk even further who do you pick to do it against? Do it against United of course, because the ABU's and the media are so pre-conceived in their notion that United benefit from decisions that they won't even bloody notice it as evidenced by the muppets commentating today. If I was a ref and so inclined it would be the perfect scheme and the perfect opportunity.

Bellend. Mitoma is about the only Brighton player who hasn't deserved a yellow today.

Seriously, he could’ve advised someone to place on no Brighton cards before 90 minutes

Blows up on 93 as United counter despite the yellow challenge on Casemiro taking over 30 seconds.

Honestly makes me feel the whole footballing game is corrupt to the core. There is no other explanation.

Said it before. This generation of referees grew up watching their sides getting beaten year in year out by United and it boiled their piss
I definitely think this plays a role. There’s an ingrained bias there certainly.

If anyone that watches this and believes there is no bias (conscious or not) but just incompetence is just foolish.

United: 7 fouls, 2 yellows.
Brighton 13 fouls, 1 yellow.

And half of those were stopping counters as well.

Awful performance from the referee. I guess you could give the Casemiro yellow card if you wanted and the Shaw yellow card was the right call. However Brighton got away with everything. Webber (?) from Brighton made so many fouls that just the amount of fouls should have resulted in a yellow

Don't be surprised to see a rush of yellow cards for Brighton in extra time, to clean up the appearance (if they continue making the same fouls).
