I don’t think anyone expects us to do anything in the CL next season, that’s not why we need CL football.
We need it for the money and more importantly if we miss out, we’ll be paying the no-CL premium on whoever the star signing will be this summer. Or worse - no one will want to join us at all and we’ll be stuck with WW type clowns for another depressing season

If we don't get CL we'll get left further behind the likes of City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle in the summer. Next season will be no better with the Thursday/Sunday grind.
Genuinely have never understood the difference of Thursday/Sunday
Compared with Saturday/Tuesday

Ok, I am gonna paste my post after liverpool disgrace here: "This is a fckin disgrace, I'd rather give carabao crap to erase this pathetic game. We just saved that yellowteeth kraut and his job, and gave them top 4 chance".

And by playing like this I am 99% sure we won't get top 4 so that leaves us with shit cRup, the biggest rival bukkake in our history and again no CL. And probably the worst away record for so long, and in the end will this team score even less than last season?

I'm genuinely starting to worry now. We do look more competent at OT - I still think we can squeak through with 1-0 wins from our 3 remaining home games.

Apologies to everyone I told to calm down in the last three weeks. We’re cooked.

I know we could still go four points clear if we win the game in hand, however I forgot what a horrendous culture we’ve had at this club in the last ten years.

If we don’t get Champions League football, it completely undermines the respect Ten Hag had a few months ago after winning the League Cup, with the players that is.

I wish there was an "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" machine which I can use and forget I support this club.

Was still positive after the Brighton game, they are a very good team. But now? Not with this team. Yeah, we are knackered but the lack of any fecking desire to get to a ball, no incisiveness, no balls, etc is an utter shambles. West Ham are wank and we are making them look half decent. Shameful few weeks.

Yeah, our only hope is that Liverpool drop points. There is no way on Earth we get 9 points out of the last 12.

top 4 is gone. It was gone after the Spurs game. We wont win another game. Its like the end to 18/19 under Ole. The clowns have given up.

3 of 4 at OT and we still look fine at home so I feel confident we'll still make it. That performance against Villa really wasn't that long ago but christ we have looked shite these past two games.

We were hanging on for dear life against Villa.

BACK in the EU-, BACK in the EU-, BACK in the Eu-Ro-Pa League!

One must laugh, when the other options are to cry or be a hopeless optimist, and I can't summon the energy for the latter alternatives
This is on ETH. Playing players in dead rubber matches or against really weak opposition when he could have rested them. Persisting with shite team selection. Honestly our football right now is as bad as during the end of Ole's tenure. I am really not sure what he has brought to the club in terms of playing style. We don't press, play a mid block, cannot play out the back, cannot create chances against teams that defend well, except when we are countering.

Seems another 200 mil down the drain on a manager who won't cut it here. May seem knee-jerk but honestly this is squarely on him.

Liverpool getting to 71 would ask a huge question of either Man. United or Newcastle looking at the run ins.

To be honest I think we over achieved early season and now squad depth is biting us on the ass. The players are knackered. Injuries and suspensions have played a part too.

No longer confident. Looking at our remaining fixtures there’s every chance we squeeze it. Although the level of performance has dropped to utter dogshit.

Win against Wolves at home, and we're 4 points clear with 3 games left. I get that it's easy to be pissed off and down right now but missing Top 4 still shouldn't really be an option.

Two 1-0 defeats in a week, 1 with a penalty in 99th minute and today via a goalkeeping errors. Manner of those defeats gives a strong suggestion that top 4 will be bottled. The pressure is on and it clear these United players are unable to handle it. The sooner so many of these flaky Man United players are shipped out the better

We're not winning 3 games, so I'm hoping my prediction of 66-67 points is enough, which with logical head on is still quite possible.

We are still needing 9 points from 3 games and one of them is Chelsea. We are getting nothing away from home. It's over.

Games in hand only matter if you win them. Points on the board count.

I don't want them to miss top 4, but I just don't see where the points are coming from.

The very notion of watching us play in the EL for another season makes me sick.
Still hope we'll make the top 4, though, but it's ridiculous to think that we can be title contenders next year...

To be replaced by flaky overpriced players like Antony? Or past it players like Casemiro? Or total dross like Malacia?
Signings under ETH have been adding to the problem.

Yeah, I'm gonna need a source on how the CL money is destined to go straight to the transfer budget. And what the hell's a no-CL premium? I've heard of an English premium, but this is new to me.

Genuinely have no idea how any man United fan could have retained the arrogance and confidence a lot of posters in here have maintained over the last few weeks.
They must not have watched this club or this team over the years. Not gonna bother naming and shaming them but I’ve just found it astonishing.

We’ve Been absolute dog shit since the cup final and you can’t just turn form on like a tap.
Liverpool are relentless when they get a run going and we had tricky games on paper.
We have one attacker capable of scoring goals, our best defender is injured and we have a manager who picks an actual turd week in week our because he grew up near him.

Villa we were also shite, it's just our fans have remarkably low standards for what they consider a good performance. Like every game we win we were holding on for dear life in the 2nd half praying for it to end.

Important to note that we have a full weeks rest until Wolves and then another full week until Bournemouth.
Could make a big difference to a squad out on their feet.
