Great to have one of these two teams back. Both were in League Two 5 years ago. Who would you prefer up?

It's a tough one. Luton cos they'd be new boys but what a story it would be for Coventry. I can't choose.

I'd love Coventry back up an old school PL team from when I was growing up yet at the same time would love Luton up for the factor of them being back in the top flight for the first time in over 30 years and having been in Non League as recently as 10 years ago

Coventry. Premier league should be filled with teams that pack out large stadiums. We don’t need another 10k stadium

The Premier League faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong football with Coventry, or chaos with Luton

Coventry please. Purely for retro Dion. Never liked Luton ever since their CF never moved to us years ago. Fecked if I remember his name mind.

I'd say Coventry. It's a bigger club, and quite a story. It would be for both but I just think Coventry is a big place and would add something to the PL.

I think both will have a hard time though. They don't look like squads that will take very well to top flight football. Even the styles of play look kind of difficult.

Coventry. Kind of nostalgic for me.

Besides, the Premier League has more than enough London clubs.

Think Luton on account of the toilet that is Kenilworth Road as that's something they can play on as plenty of away teams won't fancy going to that so they can pick up a few home wins at least.

Neither are as good as Forest were 12 months ago and we've all seen how they've struggled despite signing 300 players so can't see anything but 20th for either.

Neither fanbase will care though given what they've both been through in last 20 years.

I'm old enough to remember Coventry in EPL. I'd like to see Luton this time, even though I think the league would be getting just another Norwich. I could see them getting stuck on the bottom of the table since the first day.

Either of those two really, good that it's not teams like Norwich/WBA/Watford. No disrespect to those obviously but different club to get promoted will be nice.

Coventry please. For all they’ve been through the last 15 years. Not having a home, spending years playing home games miles away in a different city, tumbling down the divisions etc.

Coventry. Salako, Shaw, Ndlovu all bring back memories of watching their shitty games, with their shite kit at the shite Highfield road

Coventry back in the Prem would be cool in a nostalgic way. I’m talking about Peter Ndlovu, Steve Ogrizovich and Dion Dublin. And of course our own Mark Robins is manager which helps from a partisan perspective.
Shame we couldn’t get a Amad vs Carrick showdown though,I was convinced it’s be Boro and the Mackems in the final.

They had Leon Best and a little fella called Mifsud tearing it up in the championship when I was working the turnstiles at Ricoh. It would be so cool to have them back.

Coventry would be great. Same as Forest last year for the 90s vibe.

He tore us an asshole too last time we played them.

Both prime candidates for record low Pl points totals. No offence to either side but they’re not particularly pleasing on the eye and the two better footballing outfits have missed out on the final.
This style of football will see them eaten alive in the Prem. But it’ll be a gigantic payday for either and will mean years of stability which neither have had in recent time so there is that.

Luton for novelty reasons. I think I’ve never seen Man Utd vs Luton

Both would go down immediately, so who cares imho. Would have loved to see Boro or even Sunderland back though

Coventry. Great story and more tradition, a lot more likeable too.

We played them in the League Cup just two seasons ago.
Hmm… I have definitely watched over 90% of our official matches over the last decade, but there were some that I missed due to various reasons. Could be one of those games

I'd prefer Coventry too but it's almost certain that they'll go down after one season in the top flight.

Regardless I'd prefer clubs like Blackburn, Ipswich Town, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Charlton Athletic, Coventry, Bolton etc in the Premier League.

There is no way that Kenilworth road will be allowed to be their ground, they are almost certainly going to have to play at Stadium:MK
