He needs to leave quickly, while he’s worth something. If he sticks around for another season, playing fifth or sixth choice, then you’d have to question his motivation to play.

West Ham is the perfect club for him, really. Moyes doesn’t give a shit if his midfielders aren’t particularly great on the ball, and he’s be an upgrade on Soucek in that box-to-box role.

£30 million and see him off. He’ll only go on a free down the line anyway.

Oh right. I didn’t realise we weren’t allowed a squad and had to compete with 11 players. My mistake.
Why is it hard to accept that he should go? He isn't good enough. What is it with Scott McTominay that people love?

If he is cover for those players than our chances are truely fecked.

It’s a good question. Look at City - they easily rid of the likes of Gundogan and Mahrez, and McTominay has never performed even close to that level. We should be more ruthless with moving players

What’s the logic bringing up two players of a vastly higher quality who would obviously be easier to sell?

Deepthroating information to Howard Nurse.

Yes. Gundogan is a wonderful example. City were very ruthless in getting rid of him on a free - what with them trying desperately to keep him.

West Ham should offer us the 40m that Chelsea rejected for Gallagher.

Come on moyes do us a favor and just do a 50 mill double deal for maguire and mctominay. For damn near same price as gallagher you can get both a midfielder and cb do ittttt

Wonder what price they want for both, would be interesting to know what they consider a big price for both would be. Anything over £50m for both would be fantastic, would get us Amrabat and Hojlund in.

Do you mean combined?
£40m Maguire
£30m McTominay

Probably the lowest I’d go for either. I think they are worth more to us as squad players than less than that.

I get our stance around McT being an important player, but his stock is probably as high as it's likely to be now. Good form with Scotland and has played plenty for us. Reality is we need better squad players and we need to learn from previous mistakes of allowing players to stay whereby their stock falls and we struggle to make decent sale prices. If Gallagher is going for £40million, McT is easily worth that and probably more. Learn fro mistakes, sell him and upgrade with Amrabat saving a few quid in the process.

If Gallagher is priced at £40m then McT should be in and around the same price.
Mctominay is worth £10m more. If Gallagher is fetching £40m we should accept no less than £50m for Mctominay and i'm not joking.

WH trying to low balling us, good if we stay firm. On top, I'm sure both will attract several offers as they are decent players.

West Ham should genuinely use the 105m Rice money on Maguire 30m, McTominay 30m, Alex Scott 25m and Balogun 40m.

Net spend £20m

Both staying then. Not even any of the Al clubs from Saudi league would offer that much for them.
Don’t be so ridiculous.

People whinge when we can’t get decent transfer fees then are happy to just throw away players with actual value.

20-25m for Mctominay and 25-30m for Maguire. Would you reject it?
I’d rather take it than have those two sitting on the bench, or come on for the last 10 minutes.

we still have pennies to collect for Bailly and Williams, the sale of Fred, van de Beek and Hendo which would bring in another 40 mil.
