Not really sure it's representative of who he supports at all, to be honest. Footballers support themselves and their own interests at the end of the day.

Although, I agree that going to Chelsea doesn't rule out him every playing for United. I don't think he ever will, mind, but the two clubs are much more likely to do business compared to United and Liverpool.
Oh I see what you mean now well yeah there is always a tiny chance then I spose

Please do.
I think it's win either way. Either Liverpool then pay £110m, which is a crazy fee, or they don't in which case Klopp is going to look pretty stupid.

Can't imagine who thinks doing another Cucurella paying twice what a player is a good idea. If we're actually doing a deal at this level, we've learned absolutely nothing since the last two windows.

De Zerbi is definitely done with him: "I have already forgotten about Moises. I'm really proud of the players we have in the squad...."

Exactly, I don't think there's a big rivalry between both clubs, if anything, pleasant business.
It feels a bit one way traffic. When was the last time we signed a player from United? Rooney was the last attempt I can think of.

Says more about United giving everyone contract extensions until they're too old to be a viable transfer. Up until this summer, we've hardly ever sold anyone to anywhere.

Why? Big clubs are offered players every day of the week. It would be a nonsense to sign them all on off chance one in 37 of them one day reach a £100m valuation.
Basically what Chelsea under Abramovic did and loaned like 20 of them to Vitesse at some point.

So, Kane, Rice, Caicedo and now potentially Paqueta all going for or upwards of 100 million. This is fecking insane and utterly stupid.

Yeah didn't he say something about retiring if his team ever spent that kind of money

That kind of comment scares the hell out of me specially if we do end up signing him. Not what Klopp's teams are about.

The funny think will be if Liverpool have to go back in for Lavia.
The price will go upto 65mil because Southampton know Liverpool have been embarrassed by getting the Caicedo snub and that they have 110mil to spend.

Seems like a nice fella that Caicedo. Chelsea should get him as they deserve him.

Only Kane is worth 100m even with a year left in his contract. No clubs other than EPL clubs will pay 100m for Rice, Caicedo and Paqueta.

This is just like another transfer this year. Unbielevable. Paying way to much for average players. Clubs never learn.

We should demand £500m for McTominay.
