Brilliant 16 overs from both the sides. Gill and Iyer should be disappointed, especially gill. These two must stay atleast till 35th over. Cannot trust surya and all to save you.
Both sides? We’re in trouble here..

Aussies chasing 270/80/90 will make for a potentially brilliant final.
India kinda needed the safety of 300+, with dew expected and only 5 bowlers in the team.

We're already heavily playing catch-up now. I think I'll take 250 if offered now.

The pitch doesn’t seem to turn or support pace.. not a great pitch. Slow.. 270 would be great.

Runs on the board in a final with India's bowling attack. VERY tough.

Also Labuschagne out of form, Smith hasn't been great...

Aussies would hugely need a Head 100 or Maxwell special.

270 feels a long way away right now. Next one hour is huge because our 6 and 7 aren’t really players to come in before the 35th.

121/3 with Kohli set. Not a bad position to be in at all.

Long tail keeps Aussies two wickets away from being on top.

Getting in overs from Mitchell and Head. India don't have that luxury in their bowling...

Rahul really needs to rotate strike better. No need to take stupid risks but just push it around for singles.

This final has no other sport code competition in this time slot according to my preference. Great scheduling by the ICC, I wonder if it was in purpose?

Rohit has put runs in the tank. They can afford to be slow for a bit.

No - this is when day night games start in India every time

This pair is India's best running pair and would usually pick twos at will. They've been well restricted from doing that today though.

5th consecutive 50 for Kohli.. 9th in 11 matches this WC.

What a player.

India are winning here. Will get to 300 easily.

Two years ago he looked like he was running out of gas. Back with a bang.

I think the lack of ODI cricket was partly responsible for that. It has always been his bread and butter format, and the one that he can rely on getting in form.

No suprise he's back to his best the year they play a good number of ODIs. This year Kohli has played more ODIs than the the last 4 years combined.

This is going to be won or lost on whether India lose wickets when they start to accelerate. Two on-form batsmen who are well set, but Australia have managed the bowling attack rotation pretty well so they can bring out the strike bowlers again at the right time.

This could be a good one.

This is going to be a shitshow now. Rahul can't score and SKY isn't an ODI batsman

Australia peak at the right time, what a decision to bowl so far
