Big noise coming out from Orny and I'm here for it!

Both Cunha and Mbuemo are powerful runners that progress with the ball. A couple of great signings and hopefully just the start

Cunha-Mbeumo would be an excellent start to the transfer window. Right age, PL proven, good system fit. If we can get Mbeumo for non-stupid money, no complaints.

Interesting. I remember when Firminho was playing as false 9 at Liverpool the goalscoring burden wasn't really on him. Zirkzee could probably provide something similar.
 
Make it happen! Player wants the move and the signing makes too much sense.

Him along with Cunha, and hopefully a decent CF and if I get to be greedy - a keeper too, and then, maybe then I'll start to feel a glimmer of optimism for next season.
 
This is brilliant news. He was one player that I hoped we could entice to Old Trafford

We still need a striker. Someone like Gyokeres would really give the opposition something to think about when playing us. Not that we are going to strike fear into anyone we are playing but we won’t be one dimensional depending on just one player to bail us out.
 
Not a huge fan of this guy. Think he scored a lot but his overall game doesn't seem sustainable to me. Hope I am wrong because we desperately need goals.
 
United goals last season: 44
Mbuemo and Cunha last season: 35

It's an outstanding upgrade
 
Massive green flag signing players that are desperate to play for us and PL proven. Got a great feeling about Cunha and Mbuemo

Apparently we were moving Bruno to CM and Amorim wanted 2 new 10’s.

If we add Cunha and Mbeumo who can actually score goals, we will be better off and much more balanced in attack yes, but of course we have to buy a CM to replace Bruno. Bruno isn’t a specialist CM so he is much easier to replace back there.

That looks REALLY good for the front two behind the striker. Really good.
 
This is the type of signing I really really like and it shows that the management team got a plan. Targeting PL proven, athletic players with either release clause or short time left on contract. Also, like Cunha, at an age where we should expect instant impact. Makes it a little more reassuring if Bruno were to be sold to fund the rest of the plan.

Yeah agreed regarding your midfield. Still signing two PL proven attackers is a good start.

Don't you need a CB? A keeper is a must as well. Can't get anywhere with someone as poor as Onana there.
 
We still need a proper centre forward to replace Hojlund. Yes Zirkzee could do a job but Hojlund has to go and we can't go into the new season with just Zirk and Chido.

I'm happy to get any old cheap 9 though. Ighalo type signing. Can be a loan for all I care.

Its a sensible decision. Bruno has only 15 goals from open play in his last 108 games. His finishing isnt good enough to play as a 10 in this system.
