Brilliant recovery from Federer.
He should have not played the ball, if he knew it was out simple as that, linesman mistake thoughBillshit that last game... Murray won it
He would need to have stopped that point right at that point. Some players would have queried it after a few hits - Credit to Murray for his sportsmanship. Why didn't Murray appeal when Federer hit that backhand slice long?
Wow. Fair play to the lad.He would need to have stopped that point right at that point. Some players would have queried it after a few hits - Credit to Murray for his sportsmanship.
Their are players on the circuit who are known to query points well after the point has been played and precedent was set in France where an umpire allowed Monfils query a point after 10 hits after.
Must players don't like it, but some do it and it is considered unsportsmanlike
All the more reason to take a gamble on a dodgy call. Nothing to lose.He probably still thought he'd win the point, plus he was 0-40 up.
Its like Cricket PM -some things are just not done or expected to be done. All the more reason to take a gamble on a dodgy call. Nothing to lose.
BBC 5 live commentary. Jeff Tarango is goodfeck off Petchy.
Won't play for me, I like getting pissed off at him in a way anyway. Especially seeing as the guy will try and take some credit for training him ages ago.BBC 5 live commentary. Jeff Tarango is good
especially on hard court, was surprised by how poor he was playing after Wimbledon, that 5 set loss must have taken a lot out of him, but it's clear that no one is in his league on this style of courtFederer too good
