We maintain comprehensive records of our risk assessment and the safety measures in place. These records are updated at least annually, or whenever significant changes occur, and are available to Ofcom upon request.
7. Reporting Violations
We encourage users to help us maintain a safe community. If you observe Content that violates these terms and rules, please report it using one of the following methods:

Based on this report, actions may include no action, content removal, warnings or account suspension issued to individuals responsible. If reported content involves potentially criminal content (e.g., CSAM, terrorism-related material), we will report it to the relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.
8. Complaint & Appeal Procedure
RedCafe.net is dedicated to addressing concerns and complaints about content or moderation decisions promptly and fairly, within the constraints of our volunteer resources. Our complaint and appeal procedure is structured as follows:
How to Submit a Complaint or Appeal:
- Contact Form: Submit a detailed submission via our contact page.
- Direct Messaging: Reach out directly to a moderator by visiting our staff member list.
Information to Include:
- A clear description of your complaint or appeal.
- The username(s) of the individual(s) in question.
- Any evidence (such as screenshots) that supports your complaint or appeal.
- Your contact details (optional) if you wish to receive updates.
Handling Process:
Upon receipt, a moderator will conduct an initial assessment to determine:
- If the complaint or appeal falls within the scope of our rules and guidelines.
- The urgency and severity of the reported issue, prioritising complaints or appeals that may involve imminent harm or serious illegal activity.
- Whether the complaint or appeal provides sufficient detail to proceed with an investigation.
While we aim to respond within 7 days for urgent cases and within 14 days generally, please note that our capacity is limited. If a complaint or appeal is deemed to be unwarranted or made in bad faith, we reserve the right to not issue a response.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes. Major changes will be communicated through our website.
