    Association Football Club Bournemouth (nicknamed The Cherries and Boscombe) are a professional football club based in Bournemouth, Dorset. The exact date of the club's foundation is not known, but there is proof that it was formed as Bascombe FC in the autumn of 1899 out of the remains of the older Boscombe St. John's Lads’ Institute FC. Nicknamed The Cherries (Dean Court was built adjacent to the Cooper-Dean estate, which encompassed numerous cherry orchards), the team traditionally played in red shirts with white sleeves until 1971, when the strip was changed to red and black stripes, similar to that of AC Milan.     This game is irrelevant. Time for some new experiments. I wish we still had TFM and Tuanzebe. Wouldn't hesitate chucking them in too. I don't want to see Valencia and Young playing for us again. Would like to see Gomes somewhere down the line.

    You're kidding right? Lose this and we'll lose our cushion for finishing fourth, which would mean a play off, and uncertainty going in to next season, I'd argue this is at least as important as Spurs, and the players should all be beating the managers door down to play to make up for today's mess.

    There's no CL play offs for the PL anymore. 4th place gets automatic qualification.

    We are not losing our top four spot. The league is completely irrelevant now. It’s all about Spurs.
     
    I want to keep second place but it pales in comparison to the FA Cup game, so I'd be happy to see a few changes. Additionally we may be less shit with some young hungry players in the field. I'd hoped we'd build momentum throughout the next few games but we sat on that today, so I'm thinking a bit of entertainment with a decent chance of winning the game could be just the ticket for this one.
     
    Use fringe players and reserves. It's all about the FA Cup now. The players need to be fresh as Spurs will run, run and run.

    Does it? Well I had no idea, that changes things then, second, third, or fourth it's all the same, Chelsea are far enough away to play some of the kids I'd agree.
     
    Only relevant game left is Spurs next week.
    Imagine Liverpool pip us to second, win the Champions League, Arsenal the Europa League & Spurs the FA Cup.

    Nothing to lose, as top 4 is pretty much sealed. Would like to see both Chong and Gomes involved in some capacity. Saturday is the only important game we have left now.

    That’s such a horrible scenario. If it does happen that’ll put this season in a very harsh light.
     
    This game isn't irrelevant at all. I want to finish above Liverpool by any means possible. Also I don't have high hopes for Fa Cup semi-final tbh.

    Will mean nothing if they win the CL. Even if they get to the final they’ll have had the better season. The FA Cup game is so much more relevant than this game.

    I don't think they're going to win as mush as I don't think we're going to win Fa Cup as well, so we must finish above them.

    After passing the whole season in such position, surrendering it in the last 5 matches after beating all other top teams will be disappointing entering preparation for next season.

    I know what you’re saying but even losing this game wouldn’t mean that much. Still think we’ll easily get 2nd because they’ll be distracted with the CL tie.

    Their remaining games are all pretty easy and they can win it even without a full lineup. We should do our job.
     
    Hopefully the players wont be thinking about their holidays in this match.
     
    Post Sir Alex it seems that when it rains, it pours.

    Bournemouth will win, the teams around us will win and suddenly finishing 4th or higher won't look so secure
