Rashford has to start over Martial purely based on form. No denying the fact he was more dangerous and more comfortable beating the opponent.

Fair play to Rooney for the assist. Rashford is a beast though, this man cannot be sitting on the bench. He is a machine, creates chance after chance all on his own.

Love Scholes, but his reluctance to criticize Rooney is curious.
Anti Rooney brigade out in force this evening. Sad. He did ok for the game, and brilliantly to forge the goal.

If Hull can defend like that in every game I think they'll do very well.
I do get the feeling though, that this defensive performance is a one-off.
For 92 minutes they resisted us and we pounded their goal with shots.

I'm sorry for calling you a plank. Just all the constant Rooney hating is tiresome.:(
Lol, no sweat. I am just frustrated because I feel we are not playing our best team. Still, we won, so all's forgotten!

Wow, it's been a while since I felt that rush of an injury time winner after a frustrating game we should have already had in the bag comfortably.

So bloody long since we played like this.. Attack after attack after attack and even on a day where the ball just won't go in the net, we freaking score!

I love how Jose and Smalling reacted when that goal went in. No celebration from Jose and goes straight to Smalling, and Chris is there already undoing his jacket ready to come on. Love it.

Good second half I thought, we dominated and didn't let Hull do anything but defend. It really felt like a bit of United of old, where we just kept pushing for a goal and eventually broke them down.

Jose will have a few selection headaches for next week now. Both Mkhitaryan and Rashford, particularly the latter, were very good when they came on and both are showing that they should be in the team.

Nah, shit shots that is, the keeper has nothing to do, no save to make.

We just haven't put on our scoring boots on, but thank goodness for rashie

    3pts in the bag

Unbelievable! Rashford and Henrikh have proved why they should be starting! I am buzzing after that. Have not celebrated a goal like that in a long, long time. We are most certainly back now. Bring on Citeh!!

THAT is a brilliant and super important goal! Rashford, our own product, in Fergie time!
This is the best part of this game, the kid is from Manchester and he's scoring goals for United!!! There can't be better news than that.

    And then there were three!

Three on top with 100% record that is.

Amazing play by Rashford. On the hinges as I feel Blind should get MOTM however really wanting to give it to Rashford.
