Would certainly be happy with a draw here, but I'm not sure how realistic that is.

    Going for 2-1 Juve.

Imperative that we beat Valencia and Young Boys.

Would be delighted and a bit amazed if we manage a draw.
    Same here.
A draw against one of the best teams in Europe, who rarely lose a game, would be a very good result for us.
People forget how far we have fallen and it'll take time for us to climb back up the ladder.

    Agreed on all points.

The game at Old Trafford made me think of the 80s, when they would dominate us. I've only seen the matches on Youtube mind you, but they were by far the better side then, with Platini.

I don't think we've ever had such a high percentage predicting a defeat.

All doesn’t bode well. Bournemouth are not Juve but could have been three up after 20 minutes. Hope I’m wrong but it looks like a defeat coming. A point would be great.

Well, it's been a very long time since we have played one of the CL favourites, at their own ground.
Juventus are a top class club.

You guys should be more positive. Our squad is not in good shape, currently. We have a lot of players with various degrees of fitness issues.

We've have lot of injuries though... I'll be happy with a draw if that means no more injuries.

Juve don't do trashings. 13 wins in 14 games this season but the only win by more than 2 goals was Young Boys at home (3-0).

They'll pretty much stop attacking if they have the lead.
Indeed, as soon as they have a confirmed lead, they will move on to the next game and save their fitness. Typical Italian side.

If we play like we did at OT they'll manage it easily as well. Our righthand being pretty much a graveyard isn't going to magically improve but I'm just hoping we can cause some problems through Martial-Pogba-Shaw on the left.

Juve is a bit overrated, I watch them in Serie A and they're not that impressive as of late. I think a draw is certainly obtainable and I wouldn't be surprised if we win.

I don't think we're in a position to be underestimating our opponents. Look at who we've lost to this season... We shouldn't be underestimating championship sides let alone frequent CL finalists.

I've not been impressed by Juve in a long time and I thought we had a chance before the first game if we played with energy and didn't give them time on the ball. Unfortunately we did the complete opposite, showed them far too much respect and they gladly took the win whilst rolling the ball between themselves for an hour before we tried something.

I left thinking Liverpool or City would have given them nightmares if they planned to play like that against either of those two. We need to improve, but if we do then anything could happen.

What did you want him to say instead?
Well, since this seems hard for you to grasp, I’ll explain it very, very carefully. Since he feels the need to state that simple little fact, it implicitly implies it is a real danger (for them to understimate Manchester United). Hvis doesn’t paint us in a good light.

I know, who cares, right? It just bruised my ego a little bit. I’d much prefer the usual sound bites. «Huge team, great manager, excellent players», to answer your question.

Juve as I see them now are the strongest team in Europe.

A draw would be a great result away at their place, but I am expecting a defeat to the tune of at least 2-0.

3-0 Juventus, we will probably play better as an offensive team than at OT but I think they will be more clinical whilst staying very good defensively.

Glad to see some positivity around here. You can see that in the poll with United winning 5-0 at 2% and Juve winning 5-0 at just 1%

I don't think they are the strongest. Barcelona and Man City are better.
    1) Barcelona
    2) Man City
    3) Juventus
    4) PSG

I hope we go at them with pace, energy and no fear.

Press them high and get in their faces. In the first match we sat off them and they danced around us with passing/movement.

Once we started pushing higher and putting them under pressure in the 2nd we were much the better team, just failed to score.

We really need to win this, but I feel Jose will use this as another 1 of his political statements.

People seem to forget we were the better team in the second half against them. While a Juve win is more likely than an United win, it's not nearly as much as a formality as some like to think. I'm going to be positive and say 2-2.

Juve is a great team but they don't have the team to win the CL yet. I hope we don't give them too much respect and explot their weaknesses.

Their left side is solid and probably can't be breached. They have Sandro Matuidi and Chielini there. But the right side is weaker. Neither Bentacur nor Pjanic are great defensively and Cancelo is still not top class positionally (yet). I hope Jose has a plan to explot that weakness with Pogba, Marital and Shaw.

I do not think that Juve are that strong. In fact, I do not see any super favourite to win CL this year. If not for Jose's "super cautious" tactics, I'd fancy us to bet them over two legs. Squad for squad, player for player, I do not see any big difference. Mou though, is a huge difference.

Cancelo is definetly not top class defensively, Benta is actually excellent defensively

Funny how Jose would give anything to that Juve squad instead, I'm certain Allegri would get depressed coaching the defence we have, sad how delusional the lot of you are.
