As good as McT was, and I love the guy, that fecking header. Jesus wept.

Pogba was average as per usual. One good through ball to Rashford but gave it away consistently in the first half. Improved a bit second half.

Ashley Young needs taking out of the team. Receives the ball, hunchback turn, launch down the line...rinse and fecking repeat.

I thought we edged it but Jesus that Arsenal team was a pile of steaming horse shit.

I'm not anti Scottish, I just wanted Moyes out.
I would have been happier with a win but I'm just happy to see us playing at home like a functioning football team. Most people were expecting us to lose 4-0 tonight.
We werent playing like a functioning football team, we were crap. So were Arsenal. Two terrible teams, we could have easily lost too. Our first goal came just after a double De Gea save and they missed a sitter just after they equalized. We looked terrible again, we cant score a goal from open play in a million years.

Can't really have a go at McTom.
Firstly he's not in the team to score goals, and secondly he'd scored a worldy!

Noone else looked like they were going to score!

Andrei Kanchelskis made me fall in love with Unite
I thought we played well tonight. Okay, both teams are seriously lacking in quality but we should have won. Tuanzebe (apart from their goal) was excellent, McTom was excellent, James was excellent and the workrate was excellent. I can see that Ole is slowly trying to make something at United and it will take time. I wouldn't be surprised if we finish anywhere from 6th to 10th this year and I'm good with that if it means we have a long term plan and stick to it. Ole has my full support.

This is the game where we historically always step up. Even when playing sht for Mourinho, Moyes, Van Gal etc we always played well at home against Arsenal. So its not surprising we put a tiny bit more effort and its not the worst game we have played by some distance but we were still sht. I cant get my head around the fact that everything we do just turns out sht. Whoever we buy, whichever manager. I would get a priest and a Shaman to bless Old Trafford. Its that ridiculous now.

Spare a thought for Maguire who left Leicester for this shit.
Well quite, but then he must be on a better wage so my sympathy ends.
Rashford is obviously no Kane or Vardy or any other decent forward and would struggle to get into most PL teams but for some reason he gets picked week in week out.
Ffs this club is doomed to mid table mediocrity for a bloody long time unless a miracle happens in the boardroom.

Birmingham City had their ground cursed by some pikey fecker well that is the story and they did some sought of anti curse blessing of the ground. Didn’t work though and they are still crap.
So what I want to know is Moyes connected to gypsies When he was shown the door did he get some dirty thieving gypo to curse our beloved ground or is it more to do with us buying over priced crap over the years and failing to invest properly in the academy and sticking with players who lets face it aren’t good enough?
Rashford would be out by now under Fergie, he’s the same as Wellbeck, in fact I would say Wellbeck was a better finisher but wasn’t good enough for our club so that’s one player who needs replacing, don’t get me started on the others it’s too early and I have a head ache from last night.

I thought there were some positives, I thought Pogba was pretty decent as was all of the defence barring Young (who was basically useless apart from one good tackle) and one silly error from Tuanzebe (who I was pretty impressed with other than the goal). I also like James more and more every time I see him play and last night was no exception. Somehow our £15m punt of a signing is forcing his way into the first team as the only forward who actually looks like scoring. Dave also had a decent night which was reassuring to see.

But Rashford has forgot how to shoot, Pereria and Lingard go invisible and simply aren't good enough and our players looked scared to make a forward pass still.

If we had started the second half with the same intensity as the first I believe we would have won the game. I was impressed with most parts of the game and how we coped with Arsenal. Just a shame about the Tuanzebe mistake, he was brilliant up until then.

James another solid performance, very direct and exactly what we need on the RHS.
Rashford, another piss poor performance from him, bench him and play Mason until Rashy recovers fully from injury.
Pogba, passenger most of the game, tbf to him though, not much movement up front for him to find that clinical pass.
Periera, wasnt too bad, not good enough to be playing all the time but was not the worst player on the pitch.
    Lingard, shocking.
Fred, stealing a living. Should be cleaning the reserve teams boots.
Mctominay, good performance, should have scored from 4 yards out with a header.
    DDG solid performance.
Lindelof/Maguire solid and coped well with everything Arsenal threw at them.
Young, gave away the ball more than he had it. Shaw needs to recover quickly to oust him from the team.

Whats the point in VAR, should have had a penalty for the handball. Not impressed with the thing as a whole, takes a lot away from the game while not adding anything to it.
