Paul Merson thinks that Ole’s job is on the line if we don’t beat Cardiff.
And what is even weirder is the official RedCafe handle on Twitter is tweeting these quotes. We all know he talks bullshit and no one takes him seriously anymore.

If there are no line up leaks today, there is a chance of an upset at the top of the line up prediction league ;)

I hope we make it three today. We do like our records.

    United's woeful defensive record
United have kept just two clean sheets at Old Trafford this season. Even if they don’t concede in this game, it will be their fewest home clean sheets in a single league season since 1962-63 (2).

"The timing of the DHL banners around the ground is unfortunate. The slogan says ‘United. Delivered’ and is accompanied by players who have not."

Of all the players that could start would like to see gomes with some pace around him. I love his low centre of gravity and is a useful player in a game where cardiff could make it very compact.

Liverpool lose and City lose today. That would be the proper end for the lot. Scousers would be contemplating “what if” for months to come.
Quite honestly I have zero interest in whether City or Liverpool win today. The only result I am interested in is this one.
We need a big win to carry us through the summer.

If they're not gonna be here next season then bin them and play the kids. Should have left MEHrerra at home.
Agree, as much as he has been a good servant, I’m not sure that someone running their contract down in their prime and going on a free to a club like PSG deserves a “send off”. Valencia a totally different situation.

I think the missing players indicate a lot. Going to be a nightmare to guess the front six but the back five will probably be

    De Gea

    Valencia Jones Smalling Dalot

    Hopefully Dalot starts over Young.
Back 4 picks itself and I think we'll use the diamond with one of the senior strikers starting with Greenwood or Chong, and then the other senior striker and whichever of the academy forwards doesn't start, switching over at some point.

Midfield is an interesting one, I reckon Pogba will play the 90 minutes and McTominay will start, but how the rest factor in I'm not sure, one of Garner or Gomes will miss out completely I think and I think Pereira has a decent chance at starting as Ole seems to like him.

Exactly, people fall for the romance stuff Herrera comes out with.

Interesting to see who starts today. Chong for sure, maybe greenwood if he can stay fit. Would be nice if Gomes or Garner started.

Anyone else annoyed that Chong is preferred to Gomes even though Gomes has easily outperformed Chong this entire season?

Trying to convince myself this is worth watching instead of one of the title deciding games.

Yeah, I find it odd he has had less opportunity than the other two. I guess it’s because you can’t do less damage on the wing/up top if you lose possession than in the centre? I dunno.

I do want to see more of Gomes but tbf, Chong won the reserve team player of the year and Gomes is possibly the smallest player I've ever seen physically. Size isnt everything, but Gomes is fecking tiny. So its understandable he gets less opportunities considering Chong is faster and much taller.

Changed from 1-1 to 0-2 last minute on the score predo last week. Head told me draw. Heart told me surely not! Would have gone top with about 5 of last 6 or 7 spot on.

Gomes deserved that award. He and Greenwood have been our two best players this season. Garner as well.

Player of the year means nothing. It's voted by idiots who don't watch the games.

Angel is far better and deals with the physicality better than Chong anyway.

Yes. I dont rate Chong as highly as Greenwood and Gomes.
I would love to see Chong on the left side where he often looks more assured with his left foot, similar to Valencia and Sane. His movement looks good also.

He's not as technical as Gomes and Greenwood though.
