We should be playing as strong a side as possible until its mathematically impossible to finish top 4. Anything other than that is nonsense.

    De Gea
    Dalot - Varane - Lindelof - Telles
    Matic
    Bruno - Fred
    Pogba - Ronaldo - Sancho
    This philosophy, and this lineup

Then once we're mathematically eliminated from 4th, play the kids

I agree with this lineup but would swap Pogba for Elanga. Pogba hasn't looked remotely bothered in the last few games and already looks as if his heads in Paris or Madrid.

I think like a lot of people, I'm very disappointed and angry but don't want to be reactionary by shoving Henderson in the lineup when despite his faults, DDG is not one of our biggest issues, I don't want to see Rashford, Mctominay & Maguire anywhere the squad, let alone the starting line up. It may not happen because of social media and dressing room pressures but something needs to happen otherwise there isn't anything to reward good performances and punish bad moving forward. I'd go with:

    ..................DDG
    Dalot Varane Lindelof Telles
(Happy for one of Bailly &Jones to start over Lindelof but expect either to leave this season so aren't the future)
................Matic (Appreciate not the future but clearly the only #6 in the club and necessary for a cohesive performance)
...........Fred Hannibal (Don't have the personnel to replace Fred and don't want Pogba or Bruno as part of the 3, Mejbri isn't ready to be a starting XI player but I'd like to see what he's got here, happy to bring him on later if people prefer Pogba and he keeps it simple)
...Bruno Ronaldo Sancho (Bruno needs to be 1 of the top 3 due to his retention, Ronaldo is the only striker that might stay and Sancho bar last game has been very good)

    United minus the Glazers
Start Maguire as a centre forward and Ronaldo in central defence. There’s nothing to lose.

    First part yes.
Shaw should be ready in 3 weeks so I would play him ahead of Telles.
McTominay over Matic. I feel that Pogba Bruno and Ronaldo offer a lot in attack but not in defense, and McT will do the legging for them.

We'll play a decent first half, lead at HT; then play a criminal 2nd half, Leicester will score a stupid goal and it will end 1-1.

We always play well after an embarrassment, so I’m predicting 3-1 score.

Are you considered a fairweather fan if you stop watching for the rest of the season with nothing on the line? There's so much more I could do with my time than watch this bunch of dross struggle to score a single goal. Watching United play "football" is not entertainment and has not been for a long time now.

As long as you are in agreement with yourself, you should do what you want. If United doesn't bring you any joy at all and you don't feel like watching it then it's better to do something else.

    You do you.

I don’t think we’ve been entertaining since SAF to be honest, I enjoyed LVG because it was so new tactically but then it became so boring, Mou first season actually tried to play more attacking but then reverted to type and then Ole was Ole. I still look forward to every game with that fool’s hope we might play well but there are still good eggs in this team who I look forward to watching. I suspect one day that’ll end if we continue the way we are (stylistically not in terms of results) but if it’s not bringing you any joy, nothing wrong with taking a hiatus.

It would be good if we could announce our next manager before this game starts. I think it would give the players and fans a lift

If they beat us, watch how all the jurnos are going to be like: "Brendan Rodgers has emerged as a serious candidate as Man Utd's next permanent manager"

That team looks good. 4-5 could get in our team ahead of the players on our payroll. Kaspar is on par with DeGea. Evans gets in. Tielemans in, Mendy probably. Maddison probably. Vardy ahead of Cavani.

I see it as a low scoring affair, 1-0, 1-1.

    Ronaldo

    Subs: McTominay, Cavani, Rashford
Every game is a must-win from here on out.

Can we stop playing players who don't see themselves at the club beyond this season please.

Lose this and united will most likely announce our new manager to try and get fans back happy again.. (if it’s ten Hag that is)

Don’t really care much for this match even though it’s 5:30pm kickoff on Sky, such a pity season’s basically over..

I am more looking forward to Sunday's game with Brighton, but as for this one, I hope that we can win it, I never know what to expect with the men's team these days, either we are good or bad, there is seemingly no in-between with us.

Think 9 remaining games this season to hope for something.

Why would we announce a new manager right at the end of the season? Surely its a better idea to start early from next season.
I just feel the season has really unraveled now. I can’t see it doing any harm to announce the next manager asap and bring some stability to the club. The players may up their game, knowing their new manager will no doubt be watching from afar.

Probably out of respect for Rangnick, undermines him a bit. Ajax/PSG seasons aren't over yet either.
