When the feck is he ever a horrible little man?! Weird thing to say.
When he is playacting looking for fouls, whining to the ref, niggling with players. There are many in here who call him out on the “dark arts” so no, it’s not a weird thing to say. Some people don’t like that kind of thing even when it’s their own players.

Bruno might be a horrible little man at times but he is 100% a proper team player. Watching him defend, seeing what it means to him, he never lacks effort (especially rare in “flare” players) and then just watching him send Rashford ahead at the end there to get a standing ovation while geeing the crowd up is just magic. He’s class.
Bruno is awesome. Plays every game and gives absolutely everything. Even if he pisses us off with some stupid plays at times. Love him.

I'm sorry but you're utterly clueless if that's what you think.

He was left with Haaland and Grealish at the back post.

If he stands marking Grealish and Haaland is left with a free header you'd blame him for allowing Haaland a free header in the 6 yard box.

No way is Dalot winning that header with Grealish having a run and jump on him.
    Cheer up, we won.

Exactly, he’s class and as an acknowledged “flare” player his work rate and defensive discipline is unreal.

They were way on top second half and that offside goal was daylight robbery. Then we hit them while they were still sulking. Hilarious
Way on top in the standard City sense - trying to keep the ball and suffocate the game rather than going for the second. Considering they should have been down at half time and didn't create anything else, they can't have too many complaints, Garnacho was tearing them apart on the left and we'd have scored anyway.

Was impressed with the referee all the way throughout. He wasn't giving fouls that players wanted for minor contact, and he kept his cards in his pocket for repeat fouling as long as they weren't too strong.
He wanted to let the teams decide that game by playing.

The Rashford "dummie" unfolded fast. He made the right call, to talk it over with the linesman, and let VAR overturn it if they saw fit. Which VAR didn't.

Toy paraphrase Toy Story: Rashford just "thought about it with style".

Yeah I think we deserved it. I just don't get how Rashford wasn't interfering with play. If he wasn't there the defender would have cleared it or the keeper would have been eyes on Bruno. Might still have scored but 50/50 at best.

Nice seeing City not getting a decision for once. They can go nuts as much as they want, it won't change anything, they are not used to it, so might do them more harm than good.

Which defender would have cleared it? If you took Rashford out of the equation as soon as the ball was played, Bruno was still quickest to react, and would have had the shot. By the time Rashford got to the ball, he was already stopping and getting out of Bruno's way.

Wasn't someone behind Rashford though? Kyle Walker maybe? They might have been able to get to the ball if Rashford wasn't satanding between the ball and him. I say might cos it was pretty marginal but he was definitrely shielding the ball and that's interfering surely?

Yeah, Rashford's presence surely influenced Ederson? He even looked kind of surprised when Bruno shot. I probably don't fully understand what the rule is?

WTF I dropped from 8 to 17 in the score prediction league. This despite picking utd as winners. I can’t believe so many people below me actually predicted a 2-1
