    My team would be:

    ------------------De Gea-----------------

    Dalot ---- Bailly ------Smalling ----Shaw

    -------Pogba ----- Perreira ----Fred------

    Rashford ------Sanchez ----------Martial

Play with technical players who have energy in their legs and see how it goes. Newcastle are going to park the bus so let's press them and force them into mistakes. There has to come a point where Lukaku and Matic get dropped for their poor form, otherwise they will get away with the laborious so far this season. Get them on the bench and hungry to come on in the second half and make an impact.
Agree with this give Lukaku a "rest" to see if dropping him gives him a lift.

Dalot and Fred should be playing if fit. Fellaini only on if we're struggling to break them down.

    There is no spoon.
Sadly cant see Matic and Lukaku getting dropped, if the dressing room split is true they are both likely on Mou's side and hes not going to want to lose that presence so to speak on the pitch.

Honestly another 0-0 would not surprise me. In fact, I would almost will it to happen if it meant Mourinho would be that step closer to the chopping board but sadly it won't make the blind bit of difference.
That's a sad stage to get to.

Going to be a borefest as Newcastle are obviously not adventurous and our football is tumescent as ever. They are not a strong side, but Benitez could set them up to make things difficult for us. But either a draw or win for us, doubt we will lose this.

With it being on live on BT Sport for selfish reasons I hope it's a boring 0-0 snooze-fest, i'm up in Gateshead for the weekend for a mates birthday and hostelries a plenty will be visited, and an unhealthy amount of alcohol will be drank.

Best check up on my insurance

Whatever 11 people post I never see any potential for a coherent slick dominant side.

Mourinho has asked for the presser for this one to take place at 8 am tomorrow. Going to be a busy night for The Sun, Daily Mail and their readers on here

Short term loss, long term gain.
Same way I felt with the Everton game at the end of the moyes season. We ended up getting soundly beaten too with moyes getting the boot shortly after. Doubt same results will transpire here exactly but just my general mood with the mgmt these days.

We really to win this to get some sort of positive vibes back in the club and not at least for the players confidence aswell...We should be the better side, 2-1 to us hopefully!

Dream scenario would be for toon to get two red cards in the first 10 minutes. Then we get a lucky own goal and sit back for 80 minutes while Newcastle miss 30 clear chances. Win-Win.

Less than 50% predicted a United win at home against Newcastle... How the mighty have fallen! :(

You just know Newcastle and Shelvey will turn up and absolutely boss the game.

Expecting Shelvey to run rings around our ridiculous midfield. It's basically like sticking three redwood trees in there and just saying "go on lad, dribble through them like training cones".

It's such a weird situation to be in, It's horrible to say this but I genuinely don't care if we win or lose this game.

If we win then great we win, but that means we have to suffer more of Mourinho.

If we draw or lose then I think he's gone this weekend, so honestly for the future I think that would be for the best. I can't stand him being in charge any longer.

I doubt the result will have any effect on whether he is manager or not for the next game

0-0, 1-1 or 1-0 either way I reckon. It will no doubt be dull and hard going to watch, from a Man Utd point of view anyway, Newcastle fans will probably go berserk at the end if they get a point.

At least Rondon won’t be there to mash up our CB’s.

Don't care at all. Win hope Jose is sacked. Draw hope he is sacked and lose hope he is sacked.

Wouldn't care if we won 10-0. SHould still be sacked. If no managers are available just get a caretaker in, please.

Keep a clean shit tomorrow, United is my final bus
Will never happen, but would like to see this. A technical team with quick passing and attacking movement.

    ------------- DDG
    Dalot-Smalling-Bailly-Shaw
    ----------- Andreas
    --------Fred-------Pogba
    -------------Jesse
    -------Lukaku---Martial

Subs : Romero, Lindelof, Young, Fellaini, Mata, Rashford, Sanchez
I'd be happy with giving it a go. Would probably be even more interesting if Rashford or Sanchez could take Lukakus spot. Very interchangeable and should actually bring some movement.

Just had a glance at the table. We lose and we could be 11th or 12th by the end of the weekend. A win and we could go 7th. Woohoooo.

Oh boo hoo, Shitcoat is offended by the question.

I'm offended by this dreck he calls football. And he needn't be surprised by the question - nothing has changed. There's zero evidence he's doing anything different to turn this around. There's been no reaction at all to the upsets.

I'd like that also, but you know quick passing and attacking movement needs to be trained every day in training sessions, and sometimes I have the feeling our players never do these kinds of things, doing through passes, running from behind, double passes, stuff which would make us unpredictable. Our game forward is totally based on individuals and not team play.

This game has 1-1 written all over it. Newcastle will defend in numbers and score against the run of play, with us scrambling in an equaliser in the dying minutes.

That's how most of us want us to always play. Unfortunately most of us aren't Mourinho.

Can't wrap my head around folks wanting us to lose against Newcastle so that it leads to Mourinho's inevitable demise. Pretty sure even if we get top 4, Mou would be sacked, he has lost the dressing room no coming back from that.
