Yet Owen Hargreaves thinks Young should be off while the Romero tackle was good. Was gonna post that
If anything he went in harder

Sorry Initial impression was he missed itBy not missing it?
Hopefully they do get a third or fourth.I had Tony Martial to score anytime and 3-0 to United and Mata to score anytime and 4-0 to United before the game so hopefully we can get one or two more. We've had enough chances.
Yes I know but we can still finish in that position and I think we will. I mean cost us come the end of the season if we don't sort out.End up costing us? With decent finishind we'd be second at worst.
Absolutely!! This is a perfect demonstration of why we're not in the CL spots. This is basically finishing practise and we are absolutely terrible in front of goal.
they wont let that get in the way of a good moan !The defender got the ball ffs
We did kill the game off in the first half. At 2-0 it was over as a contest
All of those horrendous injuries happen in these kinds of challenges. Just be smart - considering where the ball is on the pitch and that he was already behind the Reading player in terms of getting to the ball - stay on his feet and win the second challenge. It's a 50/50, what the feck else is he meant to do?
You aren't the brightest one, that's alright.and you really want to accept our results these "past few years"?
Thats precisely why Mourinho is now cleaning house even in Jan. Alot of these players arent close to being good enough.
Which makes sense with the subs we want him to make: Fosu-Mensah and Schweinsteiger.Hopefully they do get a third or fourth.
Wouldnt be surprised if Mourinho shuts up shop in the 80th minute though.
Last season everyone was moaning that we were boring and didn't create anything. We've been great today. Just lacking a ruthlessness which has been an issue all season.
Great movement and positioning against a third rate defence is not anything special for a Manchester United striker. There's so much more to it though. Just because he hasn't put away any chances doesn't mean he's playing crap.
You have to ask yourself why is he getting those chances in the first place? Probably because he's shown great movement or good positioning.
God forbid if some of these folk were the manager. '19 yr old striker? Got into great positions? Didn't score? You're crap mate!'
Awesome for morale.
Its ruthlessness that makes a good performance great. We've been great today. Just lacking a ruthlessness which has been an issue all season.
The game isn't won yet.Carrick should be getting rested any time now, no need for him to be on.
They're not going to score two goals.
So youre telling me if reading get a goal now it wouldnt cause us problems?
Good shout, bring basti on to play his role.Carrick should be getting rested any time now, no need for him to be on.
We sit in 6th place and have drawn too many matches at home. We arent even close to where we should be.You aren't the brightest one, that's alright.
In the past few years we have seen what a poor performance looks like compared to a solid one. Given that one has witnessed a truly poor performance, one should be able to differ.
Oh well, some fans will be what they are.
It looked like it would be today. One day we'll get clinical in finishing chances and really batter a team off early into a game.
He might not be playing him against Hull, so he will get 8 days rest until Liverpool.Carrick should be getting rested any time now, no need for him to be on.
Maybe or maybe not. They're not going to score two goals.
Are you seriously telling me you're worried were are not going to win this game?
Which I never said in any of my posts you quoted. I simply pointed out that this is not a terrible performance. It's been a good one with poor finishing, making it an average one.We sit in 6th place and have drawn too many matches at home. We arent even close to where we should be.
Wake up.
He had a chance of getting the ball. If he didn't go for it, people would slag him off for not competing. All of those horrendous injuries happen in these kinds of challenges. Just be smart - considering where the ball is on the pitch and that he was already behind the Reading player in terms of getting to the ball - stay on his feet and win the second challenge.
Also, when we are 2-0 up there is really no need to be going in like that.
I think he's going to do well. Can't take Southgate seriously as England Manager.
