Pretty sure liverpool dont give a shit about about being 6 points back while they are in UCL final haha. Arsenal/chelsea did this to themselves with their issues with their manager and their respective teams.
They don't and even if they don't win it, they have been royally entertained.

We cannot continue like this. This is no worse than LVG football. What a lack of respect to the fans to serve up this dross. What's the point anymore? No-one is happy that we've won.

Exactly this. The only difference is Mourinho has improved our results and given us a few more titles. On the pitch it really is the same unwatchable dross.
Bullshit. You just want to weigh recent evens higher and seem to suffer memory loss of how truly terrible we were in our approach under Moyes and LVG. There are countless dross LVG games for every one dross Mourinho game.

If we were so shit, we wouldn't have scored most goals this season since Ferige left, or have the best goal difference since he left either. In fact last season was Mourinho's first with the club and we matched LVG's best season with us.

    Goal difference 13/14: 21
    Position 13/14: 7th

    Goal difference: 14/15: 25
    Position 14/15: 4th

    Goal difference 15/16: 14
    Position 15/16: 5th

    Goal difference 16/17: 25
    Position - 6th

    Goal difference 17/18: 39
    Position: 2nd

I'm going to guess your reply will be something like "but we score lots of goals in some matches in the last 10 mins and are shite for the remaining 80. It's the same unwatchable dross".. or something completely off the mark and irrelevant.

Yes Jose's 300 millions have improved us a bit over Moyes and LVG. Take a bow Jose.

If you're happy with Mourinho's brand of football then good for you. Its terrible to watch for me and you can pull out all the stats which im already aware of and basically made mention of (improvement in results, titles won) and it won't change a goddamn thing.

5th to 2nd with 2 cups (and possibly a 3rd). I'd say we're improved more than just a bit with 300m, considering the only team to beat him in the league were a side that spent 150 more than that.

Spending was quite necessary - he walked into the below:
    - a LB at CB.
    - An over the hill German at 33 yrs old for midfield.
    - An over the hill number 9 converted into CM.
    - An actual CM who wouldn't even cut it for Everton (and proved not to really cut it for Everton thereafter).
    - No established striker.

But yeah, lets just look at 300m and moan like it adds some form of value to a point.

Mourinho will end up claiming the golden glove is another trophy.

I wasn't just looking at results. I pointed to goal difference (and goals scored) to illustrate that Mourinho's football, whilst lesser brand to Klopp or Pep, is far from the dross that we saw under LVG.

Im sorry but the goals scored doesn't really tell the full story, we're still a massively boring, frustrating and depressing team to watch. We started the season brightly when we were getting 4-0 wins for fun but Mourinho tightened up and went back to his uber pragmatism. We're obviously performing better than we did under LVG and Moyes but the football is not much better (ok Moyes was a different level of shit). Surely you can see that yourself. Our players can barely pass the ball to each other in the final third.

I would swop one of those cups for some decent football. The results have been papering over the cracks and as nice as another Cup win might be it would be no more a sign of improvement as the league cup was last year.
Of course we needed improvements in the team but most of all we need a style of play that is not so awful to watch.
