Questions :
- Will Mourinho sign another top class striker? We can't simply rely on Lukaku all the time and just hope he doesn't get injured.
- Why are we incapable of playing the game at anything more than a funereal pace, with a dozen sideways and backwards passes before someone has the sheer temerity to pass the ball forwards?
- Why has it apparently taken Mourinho so long to identify the fact that some of the squad are simply not up to the standard required?
- How many top class additions do we need to genuinely compete for the title next season and regardless of how many we need, will the Board release the funds required?
1- he said no more attacking players when we signed Alexis but I'm worried about going into next season with what we have because what we have isn't good enough. Especially the right side
2- who knows? Despite what people like to say I don't believe Jose sends the team out and tells them they must take 4 touches of the ball before they pass it and they can only play it sideways or backwards.
3- he doesn't have an unlimited transfer budget nor can he just sell half the squad after a year in charge especially when some of these players have been brought in for big money. More will leave this summer though
4- In an ideal world? A RB, CB, LB, CM & RW. Do we have the budget for all of those? Probably not no so I suspect maybe two of those will remain unaddressed
