Yeovil Football Club (nicknamed The Glovers - a reference to the history of glove-making in the town of Yeovil, which became a centre of the industry during the 18th and 19th centuries), was founded in 1890, and shared its ground with the local rugby club for many years. Five years later the club was renamed Yeovil Casuals and started playing home games at the Pen Mill Athletic Ground. In 1907 the name Yeovil Town was adopted, which on amalgamation with Petters United became Yeovil and Petters United. The name reverted to Yeovil Town before the 1946–47 season.

The club came to national attention as giant-killers during the 1948–49 FA Cup, in which they defeated Sunderland 2–1 in the fourth round, in front of a record home attendance of 17,000, though they were defeated 8–0 in the following round by Manchester United. Yeovil took 108 years to enter the Football League when they were promoted from the Football Conference as champions in 2003. The club then won the League Two championship in 2004–05, and promotion to the Championship through the play-offs in 2013. Yeovil have their strongest traditional rivalry with Weymouth, dating back to their non-league days. They play their home games at Huish Park.

Can't wait to see Sanchez in a United shirt. Is this televised in UK?

Something like this. Maybe Martial or Matic are on the bench, maybe Sanchez gets the start if the deal is done (assume it will be by Monday morning at the latest). Valencia & Jones I think are two of the most important to rest, along with Matic, Pogba, and Martial. Be nice if Carrick can come back, but might be optimistic for him to start, even if it's against lower level opposition. Spurs is a big game, but we can't go out of this competition. It's our best chance of silverware, so we will see a very strong team.

Mourinho wouldn't be daft enough to bench Martial in his form.

All good, although Sanchez should be on the left, and Lingard on the right. Martial deserves a rest.
I'd like to see how Sanchez and Martial work together and how the opposition cope with a threat on both wings - kinda like a practice for the Spurs game.

    What a story for Yeovil!
Already get the biggest draw, and then have the luck of Sanchez's debut and all the attention on it too!

    Don't be silly!

Why on earth would Jose rest or bench Martial who is inform and scoring goals winning us games?

Sanchez will replace Mata on RW.

Martial never completes 90 minutes, he doesn't really need a rest as much as you would think despite his consecutive starts.

I think with Sanchez wherever you play him in attack, he'll deliver. Was even thinking to play him up front with Rashford out wide so he can build some confidence early. But RW makes more sense since it's probably his long-term position. Like @Damien said, won't get a better opportunity than this to see how it works.

Obviously Martial will start against Spurs but it's very possible he will be rested here. It's Yeovil - We should be looking to get some other players who need minutes on the pitch.

    Romero

    Tuanzebe Smalling Rojo Shaw

    Herrera Fellaini Pogba

    Lingard Rashford Sanchez
How I see us lining up. Should be more than enough to win comfortably and a great chance to get Sanchez a debut goal.

Rashford should start upfront. Need to get his confidence back.

I hope Mourinho takes a youngster or 2 along for the bench this game. Gomes and Chong for example.

Will be very interesting, in the next few games, to see how will Mourinho accommodate Sánchez, who clearly prefers to play on the leftwing. This, in a moment when the team is now adopting the 4-3-3 to allow Pogba more attacking freedom. Lingard, apparently, can play in a midfield three, but Mata? Is Mourinho going to easily convince Sánchez to play on the right or be forced to drop Martial?

We play Spurs the following Wednesday so I think we'll see some changes for this game, I'm also not sure if this is the place to debut Sanchez, is their pitch a health hazard?

Will see if Sanchez will be ready for this one. Think we should play a very strong team, but still rotate a bit.

    Lindelöf Smalling Rojo Shaw

If we are playing Sanchez, we need to play some starters for the Spurs game. There is no point playing him with players who wont be playing against Spurs .

Poor old Otis Khan will be having a Saturday to forget.

The Yeovil Town forward Otis Khan was sent off for "barging the referee" as they conceded a 93rd-minute goal in their 2-1 home defeat against Chesterfield.

As a result, the former Manchester United trainee and huge Red Devils fan will miss their FA Cup fourth-round tie against Jose Mourinho's side on Friday.

"What you've got is a broken lad. He's done about four or five interviews [about playing against United] and I'm gutted for the player," Yeovil boss Darren Way told BBC Somerset.
"The boy is from Manchester, he knows at that time his dreams are shattered and no matter what, you can't prepare a human being to be able to deal with that."
    Feel sorry for the lad.
