    Agree, I think if there is a year without any fixtures going to 0 the following year can go to 5%. If at least two European away fixtures goes to 0 there's no need for the 5% the year after.

    Won't likely go down to lower than 1 so unless you've all ready been on a european away in the last 3 years you won't be able to. No spares because collection of tickets will be in Copenhagen.

    I don't disagree with the red flag. It's a shame teams aren't punished for putting on inters when it was obviously full wet conditions.
