  1. Facundo Pellistri | 2022/23 Performances

I guess it could be related to ETH's intention to justify the expensive purchase of Antony. i.e. if Pellistri plays and plays better than Antony, people would say ETH has wasted 80m. If this is the case, Pellistri's playing time would be limited to several minutes here and there at most.
  2. Graham Potter appointed Chelsea manager

True. But it seems unlikely that any other top-6 teams are going to have openings in the near term. So I can understand him grabbing this chance.
  3. Eric Bailly - English players were favoured

While I think Bailly should bear the largest responsibilities for not having games, what he said is not wrong. This has been so obvious in the Ole era.
  4. Christian Eriksen | 2022/23 Performances

In terms of the way we play, Eriksen is probably the No.1 most important player to make it work. It is not that other players are not important, but a player of his mould is just so rare. So the problem is we have to find a understudy for him, otherwise we have to adjust massviely when he is not...
  5. Jesus | Arsenal Player (a very naughty boy)

He, Saka and Martinelli could be Arsenal's verison of Firmino, Mane and Salah.
  6. Bruno Fernandes | 2022/23 Performances

his best performance in a while. nothing too spectacular, but very efficient.
  7. Anthony Martial | 2022/23 Performances

we can't buy a no.9 as good as him. not for anything under 60m at least.
  8. Casemiro | United Player

I think he has the type of body that will become really slow and clumsy in the later stage of his career(just like Rooney). Yes you could argue he never relies on pace, but just see how Matic has been in the last 2 years. I am afraid the deteriorate rate of Casemiro will be even faster.
  9. Adrien Rabiot | signs 1 year deal at Juventus. See you all next year

Is it too much to ask to have a holding midfielder that is good at not only screening the defense, but also playing passes, just like Fabinho or Matic(before his decline)?
  10. Frenkie de Jong | The last muppeting lap

We have to move on. It is not the end of the world. We could have bought him and he is injured for several months. If our season is doomed just because we failed to buy one player, then we are doomed as a club.
  11. Transfer Tweets - Manchester United - 2022/23 | Follow the OP rules and check the quality of your sources before posting. STAY ON TOPIC!

So we are replacing the problems of Pogba with two players. SMS as the hollywood-ball-playing midfielder who cannot play in a double pivot. And Rabiot as the French midfielder who is moody and comes with a controversial agent. And we still won't have a midfielder who is natural to the holding role.
  12. Hakim Ziyech | Chelsea player

If we cannot get Antony, I won't mind him for a fee less than 15m. And if he joins, he would likely start ahead of Rashford.
  13. Manchester United v Wrexham - Friendly match (behind closed doors) - 2PM kickoff

Is it a sign that Garner being regarded as a first-teamer just as Varane?
  14. Cristiano Ronaldo (I stay)

Had he not returned last year, we would be 3rd/4th in the league last season, and Ole would still be our manager.
  15. Rashford v Welbeck

3 years ago we were debating "would you trade Rashford for Harry Kane?"
