Glad he’s getting a chance but disappointed it’s out wide as he doesn’t exactly have pace to burn.

He played wide more often than not in Spain. I'd rather he was central but it's not like he doesn't know the position.

Pretty decent game today. Didn't do much mistakes. Of course should do more, but compared to the trash surrounding him, pretty decent.

I didn’t think he was good at all. If Jose is sticking around then he won’t be seen for a long time.

He wasn't great but again compared to the rest of the trash around him plus that he's not a winger, I'll say decent.

He won’t play again under Jose Mourinho in any game remotely significant.

Just a case of whether we look for a fee in January or he’ll leaves on a free in the summer.

He made a few mistakes but was one of the few players who actually played like they care. Still young and needs the experience to improve his game, dont think he was worse than any of the senior and more expensive players.

Finally someone who actually tries to play football. But there is only so much you can do when the players surrounding you are shit.

How can you play a good game as a winger if your striker is only busy trying to keep himself from stumbling over his own feet.

I want him to get more time in. He works hard and actually keeps the ball going and keeps himself moving around. Something a lot of our current players can take an example off.

He had a poor first half but I think he got better in the second half especially towards the end

Will be a mistake selling him. Better than a lot of our CM already in comparison to his age. The way he tries to play football isn't appreciated by the manager.

Problem is he's not a winger, that's for fact so that needs to be put in consideration.

Awful for the vast majority but don’t know what anyone was expecting. The guy hasn’t played in months so to expect anything other than what we saw tonight was expecting way too much. Similar to Martial earlier who’d get brief appearances when we’re playing hoof ball and people would say we overrate him when he’d have no impact. Andreas is good on the ball and definitely committed to the cause, but we knew that before this game and that’s basically what he showed tonight.

Next time we'll likely see him and Fred is the Reading game in the FA Cup. Shocking performance tonight, reminded me of the one he put in vs Brighton away.

He was a shambles but should be given more chances in the future. There's a player somewhere in there.

He played much better when he moved to a more central position in the second half. First half was rubbish but with the system they were playing in it was impossible for any of the players to shine.

I won't judge the performance of our players(especially fringe players) till a new manager comes. This was the case at Chelsea during Jose's last season.
He has the basic skill set to succeed ,he needs coaching and game time in midfield.

I’m afraid perreira is another one who seems to get a free pass. Most his rare performances hardly justify being in the team for the next game. Maybe he really isn’t that special.

He wasn't much good in the first half playing wide but he looked much better in the second half when he moved central. There were some signs of decent interplay between himself, Mata and Pogba but by that time the damage was already done.

I liked what I saw in parts. Like Fred can't wait to see under a different manager.

He's not a winger. We all ask for him to play, Mourinho plays him completely out of position and then blames him when he fails to perform when he never had the foundation to do anything well in the first place.

What, not judge them at all? Free passes all around? Judge them all, I say. Jose, the players, the whole bunch. Let the feckers set themselves some standards, take some personal responsibility. Perreira wants to be a player here? I want to see him grasp every opportunity, no matter how it falls, as if it was his life at stake.

Dunno what game you were watching. One shot aside, he was dreadful
Again, not a winger + compared to the shower of shite beside him so I'll say decent. He has never been a winger. That's like evaluating McTominay while he was playing as a CB.

Look I agree with you about playing position, that’s why I defend lingard. But Andreas wasn’t ‘decent’ tonight. He was poor. Poor passing and poor decision making. I’m not saying sell him, as I’d like to see him under a different manager, just that he was poor tonight.

If Jose is here next season I’d like to see him loaned out to Bournemouth to see him play under Howe

Think anyone criticising his performance needs to cut him some slack baring in mind it was his first start in god knows how long. If you throw a player in like that and play them out of position I don’t think it’s fair to expect much.

Waits months for a game then gets threw onto the wing with Marcos Rojo behind him.

Standard Jose. You’d think he wants certain players to fail
Absolutely. Mourinho played him on the wing number one to make a point to Valencia and the kid himself about his loan, and also to make it difficult for pereira so he could test his resolve and/or as political insurance so he could say ‘well, you wanted me to play him (and he was crap)’.
He did ok. Poor in moments but showed some good moments. His passing is crisp which has been non existent in our midfield for a decade and he has a good shot.

I don't really see where Jose would fit in to that Bournemouth side

Big disappointment from a massively overhyped player.

Reminds me of Cleverley in his breakthrough season. He got better the longer he was out of the team.
