I didn't like City at all. I am worried.

I don't particularly rate Foden or Gabriel Jesus either. Or Gundogan after that.

Nope, Canada had sportsnet and tsn splitting games, DAZN has every game now for PL, CL, EL, Serie A, La Liga, some championship games and Carabao cup games and some other leagues. Also all NFL stuff. Only $150 a year too. Not sure you can get better value than that.
Wow

Still not even confirmed who has the rights in Czech Republic where I live. Load of bullocks here

Salah is amaizingly fit. He's trained only 5-6 days and ran all game. Liverpool's defence looked shaky in the first half and could have conceded more goals. Second half Liverpool impressed, looked fresher and could have won.

Looking forward to next weekend now.

For those in North America, DAZN is a sports streaming app and they have all of the rights for PL, CL & EL. They have all ten PL games available to stream next week.
So much more reasonable this way than buying a full 200$/month cable package just to watch damn football!

Not every footballer eats like a pig in pre season, most come back fit nowdays.

I'm using streams, just because it's getting too expensive now. I can afford it, but not interested in spending that much on it.

Likewise, until this year I've streamed. Although I'll be signing up to this service as it's got all football for a very reasonable price. If only it had NBA too it would be perfect!

How many shots does Salah take on average? He's as selfish as Jermaine Defoe. I think he passed to a teammate in added time.

He made a couple of mistakes in the 2nd half, but he generally looked superb IMV. Almost a seamless addition to the side.
I thought he looked average tbh, which isn't a surprise at this stage, too many passes backwards and a clear focus on not losing the ball (trying forward passes).

I saw one mistake but he looks OK to me, maybe hasn't got the presence & authority of Fernandinho but might be better with the ball.
Average by his standards.

Tyvm folks!

I was hoping we'd be after him this summer but oh well…then he joined City.

Shouldn't Liverpool fans be ashamed for booing the National Anthem ?

Completely agree, he's quite something. He looks almost bionic at times, his speed of thought and ability to get a shot on target with 3 men around him is brilliant.

His penalty in the shootout was obscenely good as well, not sure how he struck it to get a result like that. What a freak.

Why ? Some of us are not BBC brain-washed serfs who'd happily bow & grovel to a group of people who are born into privilege, & generally don't give a shit about the millions of commoners that help keep them up there in their castles & ivory towers. I'm willing to bet there's lots of people in Manchester & beyond who feel that way too.

One should NEVER boo his own National Anthem - it shows what type of people kept us out of Europe for 5 years.

https://time.com/5282035/abolish-britain-monarchy-republic/

It's nothing to do with hooliganism, more to do with the fact that more & more people are waking up to the fact that a bunch of horrible land-grabbing royals spend 'our' money on their insatiable appetite for luxuries & decadence whilst pretty much doing f**k all to justify it. Why should I be proud to be British anyway ? It's just the place where I was born. It's not like I had any choice in the matter. But you carry on & try make this purely a 'Liverpool' thing. It's a lot more widespread than you'd want to believe. It's just that the mainstream media are too frightened to be overly critical of the monarchy because of the great the power they hold, that's why we have the 'nice' Jenny Bond on our screens every time there's a 'nice' story about those 'nice' people living in their 'nice' palace..........Nice.

Aren't you some 60m off the asking price?
Seems very unlikely seeing how there is little doubt that negotiations are taking place at all. Certainly couldn't happen with such a gulf between the respective positions.

Strange game that yesterday. City had all the best individual performances re the players, but we - more so in the 2nd half - played very well as a unit. Not sure if there's anything to be taken from the match except that both clubs should be there or thereabouts come next May.

What ???? The season hasn't even started yet. You're a Manchester United supporter anyway, so why should you be worried about how City play ?
Well, I've no belief Utd are going to have a great season.

It might be a bit early doors for full-on panic, admittedly.
