The second I saw Daks ankle I checked available QBs on the Fantasy app and managed to pick up Herbert without it going to waiver, hope he can maintain the form!

It's so annoying when coverages have the FG line on game ending drives . I wonder how many 50+ yards Fg have been made to win games but these guys putting up 55 yards+ because the kicker made it once 3 years back

There's no way this Saints team can overcome the Packers and Seahawks. A lot of personnel missing through the first 4 games, had key players missing in every group against the Lions, so I'll wait to see what the team looks like in week 8 and 9. I think they'll win the division still, but a lot rides on Brees' ability to stop fluctuating so wildly between pretty good and utterly abysmal.

Not sure who to pick as my 1st Waivor.

With Cook's injury not looking major I feel like it's a pop between Claypool and Dalton. The fantasy podcasts have not even mentioned Dalton. I have 4 decent QB's and WR's already.

Not sure how to play this one, even if it means taking a player that I could use to trade on.

I don't think there's value in Mattison anymore, maybe he plays Sunday and Cook gets a 2 week rest?

Oh, and Herbert was throwing dimes last night. I watched it until HT last night so I only got to watch the struggling version of the Saints but Herbert was incredible behind a pretty terrible O line.

If you could design the prototype QB, it would look something like Herbert. He can even run at a good clip. We‘ll see if he develops in his leadership and reading defenses. And get rid of the acne.

As a Broncos fan, I hope he doesn’t. We already have Mahomes in our division for the next decade.

Every time I see Herbert I think of Bobby Hebert, who I grew up watching in the USFL and later for the Saints and Falcons.

Would make sense for the Giants to pick him up (not that it will happen or anything). They have the worst rushing attack in the league behind Denver and could use some help in Barkley's absence. Same city and stadium as well.

Would be funny if he ended up back at the Steelers.

Even with morality of drinking and driving aside, how stupid do you have to be get picked up doing 25-40mph over the speed limit after drinking? You can afford a damned car service every night. You can use a service to pick you up and drive your car home for you. I don’t get it.

Dick. Head.

Lindsay is healthy again now, just cut him.
Gordon's fantasy production has been good so far. Now Lindsay is back how do you see it going? Do you expect Lindsay to be RB1 and outscore Gordon? (Presuming nothing comes of his DUI charge)

I think he’s capable of it if he gets the snaps.

Gordon is going to have to see a few games suspension.

What's the deal with Travis Fulgham, is he worth picking up in this Philly side?

I've had Chubb and Cook go down in one of my leagues but held my man Phil all year, please God let Gordon get suspended ASAP!

100% pick up Mattison if he's available.
Yup I had no.1 waivor and I took him first. Glad I saved it for a moment like this.

I think my team is starting to bubble nicely I'm top of my league thanks to you!

Hes only gunna be useful for a week though right? Cook's injury isn't that bad and they're on bye next week.
You still have a borderline top-10 RB for a week though with his great matchup against the Falcons (and Mattison should be owned anyway because of his handcuff value to Cook).

My approach to waivers is short-term for RBs, long-term for WRs. With so many injuries, the next week is always the most important one.
