He can't stay at United and pass up the opportunity to actually play football out of fear he might get injured and won't have United's facilities on hand. He had a chance to go on loan and play football in France for half a year but he rejected it and chose to spend his time in the training ground/physio room/wherever. Confused by that.I think the hate is frustration of watching a player that never contributes on the pitch, that is just a name on the books for year after year. I get really frustrated by players on big wages with minimal contribution. Pay as you play should be used more often. Or variable salary based on official match ratings.
