I don’t think it’s calculated to do so. I don’t know much about her specifically but Israelis who engage in that kind of rhetoric tend to believe that worldwide antisemitism (as they understand it) is the status quo whatever Israel’s actions, and that in the context of the Middle East mass displays of Israeli power/force/“strength” are the only real means to counter its effects. Particularly so when Israel has just been made to look incredibly weak and dumb.

I think this is just what she is, not different from her fellow terrorists in the Netanyahu government.

You're giving her too much credit.

Her ability to think is limited to racism, hatred towards anyone who isn't jewish/is jewish but not on her political side, whatever her base wants to hear and serving Netanyahu.

Not giving her any credit at all, like I said, I don’t know her beyond that she is obviously a racist/supremacist. But part of that racism is the belief that Arabs only understand force and power.

anyway, just remembered who ofer cassif was from that tweet. more than his refusal to call for a ceasefire for months, i think the most disappointing thing bernie did last year was not even bothering to pick up ofer's calls.

He absolutely can, and he 100% meant it too.

A lot of these Republican takes on this massacre are pantomime villain levels of evil, but at least they're honest about it. I find that far less obnoxious than the Dems who pretend to care about the humanitarian situation on the ground, all the while working overtime to absolve, protect and enable the Israelis as they continue on their murderous rampage. AIPAC is a hella of a drug.

Israel seems to have stopped trying to show tunnels that they've found. You'd think with most of Gaza flattened, depopulated and in ruins, they'd be uncovering tunnels left, right and centre. Probably realised that they don't have to bother pretending any more.

I’m curious as to what you’d need to start doubting Israel/your preconceptions? Because they’ve said so many things that have turned out to be inflated or outright lies.

I get that Israel is a strategic alley in the region but at some point there’s got to be a level of self respect from the United States.

Israel is routinely embarrassing them on the world stage.

How can you keep repeating this stuff when there is no evidence to support it aside from the initial accusations that normally come right before somewhere is attacked or straight after it was destroyed. You continuously ask others for proof of what they post yet you constantly post relentless accusations and outright lies.

The reports by media that found the claims of dozens of UNWRA employees working for Hamas to be false, it seems the claims about the operations and data centre are also unverified too

They allegedly found a tunnel network close to the building but there was no operations or data centre, and it wasn't directly underneath as claimed in the post I quoted or as claimed in many pro Israel media outlets. As with everything climed so far there is no irrefutable evidence and lots more questions than answers.
