Would be better to get an explanation but the rationale must be that Endo was offside and he impeded Colwill during the play thus took advantage of being offside.

Honestly looks like a foul to me and a correct decision. More obvious than the Maguire one for us this season and that call was correct.

Chelsea have finally put their one and only ace in the hole on. Just a case of whether he doesn’t break up like paper mache again.
 
The only thing this match needs now is a Chelsea goal that would make the whole difference after such decision.

It was offside, Endo is in an offside position and blocked the defender that would have ran with VVD.

The McTominay goal against Fulham disallowed was far worse. Maguire wafting a leg at a ball deemed as interference let alone Endo actually blocking a man.
 
Correct decision. Endo blocking Colwill off creates the Van Dijk Chilwell mismatch. But its not something I would have spotted in real time at all. Wow.
 
Endo looking at the man probably decided that. If he just stands looking at the ball, it’s probably not given.

I just don't think that should count as interfering, he was never getting to the ball. Its just too much looking for something to disallow a goal. If the goals given, no one says anything, and probably because most of the time those goals do stand.

I just want more goals, VAR seems to take more than it gives.

Still funny its happened to them though.
 
It's a clear offside. Endo clearly affects Colwill's ability to play the ball. No idea what some of you closet scousers are on about.

Let´s be real here. There are cameras in most shops today and people still rob the places. Only difference is that these robbers don´t have to hand in their ID card before they commit the crimes like VAR.
 
I find that hard to believe that the Chelsea player is getting anywhere near that, he's not getting there from my view.

Yeah I was about to edit as I saw another replay where you clearly see Endo blocking Colwill from tracking VVD.

Those are rarely given but I think it’s a good call actually

I agree, going by the laws of the game I think it's a definite offside. No block and Colwill could win the ball or challenge to put VVD off.

I don't really like the rule but understand there is a great area over what is or isn't classed as involvement.
 
And with that Robertson moment the sides are now level on yellow cards not given.

Wish they’d see it this way for Villa who at almost every free kick put two players offside who then run back directly towards two defenders and claim not interfering.
