4-2 now but why are some still surprised that Luton give a competitive game to every team at home?
To be fair, we're missing Adebayo (our top scorer), Kaminski (our main keeper), Lockyer (our captain) and Osho (who had been our best defender). A team of our size would always struggle with those absentees/rested.
Held them to 2-1 in the league encounter. The difference Haaland didn't play in that game.
And this

As shit as Krul has been, City are looking to win the treble this season. They'll beat Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal no problem. I'm not even trying to jinx it, they look so fluid.

Newcastle score. Gordon. Blackburn should have put them away in the first half. Newcadtle haven’t been great at all.
Newcastle have been average at best all night, couldn't tell which was the 16th place championship team. 1-1 now Blackburn deserve that

Not at all. Other than tonight, they've not exactly ''smashed'' teams, have they? Arsenal, on the other hand.....

This is what City do. It's what we used to do back in the day. Grind through the first half of the season and step up the gears in the important stage of the season when the trophies are won.

Just feels this is the game which City step up. It was about this time last season they did the same. If they smash Utd on Sunday, then I can see the Treble back on!

Does Andros Townsend have “Townsend Snr” on his shirt?
Just googled it, apparently he does “to distinguish himself from his 4yr old son”

Is the nipper in Luton’s squad too? What a daft thing to do, can’t imagine anyone has mistaken him for his son

They scrapped the replay at this stage? I though this was done and going back to SJP
Schedule issues, especially if some of those clubs are involved in European competitions, are the reason why replays have been scrapped from the round of 16 (5th round) and beyond.
