Wonder how many breaks against and fouls he has given in the first third this season.

But Garner was the one not press resistant enough!

completely useless, I appreciate that the guy loves United and always dreamt about playing for the club, but so did I - he's a good player but not top8 Premier League quality, simple as

Well the loan fee was close to 10M and there are far better players you could have bought for that money who might have actually added depth to the squad.
You think? I thought we were all aligned on the idea he was a complete success given his 1/10 performances.

Bobbins of a pass to him from Casemiro which he does well to control and sort but what he did after that just rubbish. You could maybe say he is struggiling with the pace of the league and he always looked slow but seen enough. Italy seems like a place he should stay.

He wasn't even particularly impressive in Serie A, just a solid player for Fiorentina.
Statistically, going by Whoscored and the like he was one of their lowest rated players. People made a lot of his progressive passing stats, but he tended to get them dropping deeper than the CB's under little pressure to get the ball. That Palace game in the league cup when they were on a training run was given too much value.

Remember a lot on here telling us he was class and that Klopp wanted him really badly.

Certainly, he very slow and quite sluggish, but what's even more concerning is his lack of positional discipline. Similar to Bruno, he tends to impulsively engage with nearby players, disrupting the team's formation when bypassed. Additionally, I've observed that he takes a while to get into games, making him a less effective option when brought in as a substitute.

USS ships turn faster than this guy.
 laughed hard at this

Casemiro got him in trouble with that pass given that Amrabat is not technically good enough and takes time to release the ball to someone else. The moment Casemiro sent him that pass, it felt like we could get in trouble.

How shite are Chelsea that they made Amrabat look like monster midfielder? I mean, he's a solid player but probably not good enough for PL football. However, against Chelsea he ate them for breakfast  Pochettino should get sacked for that alone.

I must admit I was way off on this one, I thought he’d bring a calmness and solidity to our midfield that was missing but he’s had the exact opposite affect. Absolute disaster of a loan and we have to pay £10m for the privilege, the only upside is the fact there’s no obligation to buy in the deal.

Remember when the media and fans spotted him into be stands and he was meant to be the missing link to the midfield

You know the guy that has played midtable football his whole career

He was the missing link in midfield today. With him on Haaland was finally able to get on the scoresheet

Awful. The highlight of his career is apparently catching Mbappe once, which we can now see was down to Mbappe having the ball and also maybe having a long hard think about what he was gonna do with it

It's a shame as he is an archetype of midfielder we've needed for a long time, but he's just nowhere near it quality wise.

Thankfully, Mainoo has come along and is already a better version of the same kind of player,

If that had anything to do with us signing him we should have thought about what that proved when Tuanzabe had him in his pocket and kept up with Mbappe

Funny thing is, in the same game Mbappe tears him a new one a couple of times

Id say playing a key role in his massively unfancied nation reaching a world cup semi final outranks this. He won a league in Belgium, a cup in Holland, played in a European final and got a move to one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Weird post unless you think football is twitter or YouTube

A lot of my United supporting fans were saying he's better than Rice at the start of the season.

A Veron/Ali-G parody or a footballer, and a good reminder that bringing in players based on international performances is rarely a good idea.

If we didn't sign Sabitzer permanently last summer when he was half-decent; there is now no chance we turn Amrabat's deal into a permanent deal.

Another poor player brought in by EtH.

Who was the last player to wear that 4 shirt but put in 6 - 7 performance most games?

It’s not a weird post though is it? You are being weirdly over sensitive about a player that’s bloody shite! It’s a joke, of course he has achieved more than that but when we signed him, quoting “catching Mbappe” was the no.1 thing that was said

I’m assuming you are either a family member or from Morocco but even then he’s actually Dutch so *shrugs

One of those players that can look good in a slow league or World Cup, really fancied himself to make the step up but can't. Maybe in an ideal scenario with lots of time to build himself up but right now he can't help us in the short term.
