They just cut to a bunch of city fans who, after going 2-1 in the midst of a fierce title race, look as if they’ve just watched a riveting game of snooker.

Villa have got a tough run coming up. We could easily catch them if we weren't so consistently dreadful.

Wouldn't be surprised if they're genuinely cutting to crowd shots from the Crucible so they can show a capacity crowd.

So the commentators recon their was nothing the Villa keeper could do there but when Galatasaray scored in exactly the same way against us everyone slaughtered Onana for not saving it.

Foden best player in the world at the minute?
Not even the best player on his team actually. Rodri whoever does have a very strong claim to that, all season long.

It's Mbappé though

Not even the best player at City, that's Rodri. (who does have a legit case for best in the world right now.)
Still it is great to see Phil show this level of consistency (for City at least) since November, promising given KDB's struggles the last while.

I think it's always good to keep centre backs together where you can.

How has Vieira been? I assumed he was the more creative player to rotate with Odegaard?
He is injured. Partey and ESR are the only rotation option in the midfield for Odegaard, Rice and Jorginho at the moment. Elneny doesn't get much game time.

Foden wasn't even having a good game and like Saka they are hitting a low period after a great recent high. Yet this goal might make him have a great second half, the talent is there and not long ago he was on fire in City.

Bernardo would never be my cup of tea, way less with his current level since time now, City misses Gundo quite a bit since time. Alvarez should burry that first chance, the header he needed a couple of more inches

Brentford 31 shots on goal at the weekend against Man United. Tonight against Brighton a mere 5 shots on goal. I'll say no more..

Foden is some player. I’d love to see how nullified he’d be in our side though - he’s the sort of player we’d give Dortmund 100m for and then wonder why he doesn’t work out.

He is very talented, but he is one of those players who wouldn't be half good under different manager. Even under Pep he is inconsistent, I cannot imagine how average he would look for us, really difficult player to get the best out of, but I think the likes of Pep and Klopp can make him become one of the best in the world in his position.

That can't be true. DR Sports ran a poll on Youtube and 27% had Rice as best DM!
Rice is not the best DM at Arsenal.
Partey is.
Most(including me) would even prefer Jorginho over him for no 6.
He is our best LCM though.

He would be in the 'deadwood' list before you can blink. We'd put him LW and just whack long balls over the top and complain how he's only got 5-6 goals for the season.

He's still around? Pretty sure her hasn't been the same since the allegations

He played the whole last season after that and was great. This season has been injured mostly. But is fit now and playing. Hopefully would make a big difference in the final months.
He is someone who is very difficult to replace, almost impossible like for like.

Strange to see City behind others on goal difference. Liverpool will catch up on Arsenal's tomorrow. I'd be surprised if they put any less than 7 against that shite Championship side.
