Think the Europe setup is a bit rubbish to be honest, surely to expand the game they either need to let more teams into the CL or have another competition like the EL running alongside it.
It is a mess for sure. I know they’ve been discussing a ”Europa League” for a while at UEFA, but the CL needs some work too.

Maybe there are a lot who aren't sure if they will even be here next season. We cannot leave things so late, it is ridiculous. We have to get round to negotiating quicker.
There should be enough players who do know. We’ve been very poor and dominated physically.

But I agree with that otherwise. Although I think the ones that are leaving know it too.

Is this game being played in South Africa? Why can I hear so many vuvuzelas?

This is really bad from our ladies. They look like our men's side.

They literally look like they are throwing the game. And just as the manager extension was announced too, yikes.

Goddam things on sale outside the ground. Should be banned. Loads of kids near me making a right racket.

Flat as a pancake today. They are all on a beach. Chelsea with it all the play for. Could be a cricket score.

Anyone else have no issue with Chelsea winning? I don't. United had nothing to gain other than pride but City women won't get the title.

It’s so bad, we just haven’t turned up.

Hayes’ smugometer will be going off the scale.

Big team talk needed because this is not good enough.

Winning is one thing, getting embarrassed is another.

Yeah I don’t mind that. But this is a shit way to end the season.

Yeah no big team talk is going to change this. I’d make four subs if we have some sober players on the bench.

Very disgraceful. Is it me or nearly every time they play at Old Trafford, they play like a pub team?

Some mitigating factors, Chel going for title and we have nothing to play for. However, a bit like the men's team, the simple question to ask: Is Marc Skinner the manager to get the team winning/competing for titles? I think most agree, for both teams, the answer is an emphatic no!

Yeah I wouldn’t make Skinner our men’s team manager either.

City fans seem to be taking it well:

Rag players just letting Chelsea run through them without even trying to put a tackle in. They just don't care, no principles, they'll happily be embarrassingly beaten.
That Skinner looks one dodgy fecker. Would trust him as far as I could throw the slimy bastard..

Similar circumstances a few years when Chelsea played United on the final day with Chelsea going for the title. United went 1-0 and then 2-1 up in that game until Kerr eventually took over the game. This game is quite unbelievable to watch. United beat this Chelsea in the cup semifinal just the other day.

So disjointed. Not sure Earps will want to sign a new contract for United, not that she definitely would have anyway.

Irene looking on wondering if she could ever be good enough to merit one half in this United side.

The team still hungover from FA cup win celebration
You kind of saw that when both the players and the club kept on banging about it until yesterday. You just knew we’d not be ready for today. Especially against such an opposition.

I would’ve started a lot of the players who haven’t played much. But I knew Skinner wouldn’t do that as he’d be accused of throwing the game.

This really is pathetic. Wonder how much it’d cost to rip the fresh contract.
