How does having this one extra vote help when dealing with Sinema & Manchin? Won't they just work together in nixing things to make the same issue with passing anything worthwhile as before? I'm worried if the support to vote like this is reduced if Biden again isn't able to achieve anything he wants

By having an actual majority it means that Dems will control all committees outright instead of cochairing them. It should speed up things, especially the confirmation of judges, by the Senate.

It's obviously good that Walker lost, but at the same time absolutely remarkable that this mouth-breathing clown got nearly 50% of the votes. There really is no bottom in today's GOP, they'll vote for anyone with an R in front of their name. Literally anyone.

If SCOTUS decides to end democracy in less than a day, there is little reason to celebrate this.

Good news that Warnock is projected to win, but it really boggles the mind that there are around two million people out there that voted for Walker.

Yep... very true. If he is all you need to get 47% ... omg... it is a very low bar for the GOP candidate to get through.

Biden was already doing well in terms of appointing judges these past 1.5 years, no?

Hilarious seeing cnut face try to insinuate something nefarious and his response is “because that’s where all the people live”

I used to hate them but nowadays I actually think it's impressive how people like Laura Ingraham / Tucker Carlson / Fat feck Reilly can be so stupid and still hold down decent jobs for decades. They have to sell their souls to do it, but considering theirs are nearly worthless that's quite the transaction.

Evangelical white people to be specific.

Na white liberals can be just as bad, just coming from a direction of entitlement and suppressed negative biases towards other groups. Evangelicals just tend to be more open about their bigotry.
