It's amazing how often people use his wages or the fact he's been in the team 3 & a half years to say he should be more mature on the pitch yet then turn around & say who the feck does this kid think he is any time he shouts at anyone or wants to take on the responsibility of making things happen on the pitch & it doesn't work out. You either want him to act like a shy, humble kid or you want him to act like an experienced player which often includes shouting at players, voicing your frustrations & taking on responsibility even when it doesn't work out, you can't pick & choose when you want him to behave like a kid based on whether things work out or not.
