Still need to win, Sunday could be one of the most dramatic finishes
I thought it was down to GD!Draw. Better H2H than Inter.
It'd be great for Italian football if AC Milan wins. Having a competitive league makes for great viewing.
An absolute treasure trove of sentiment and nostalgia here. How many people here first got their exposure to AC Milan from James Richardson's Gazzetta coverage and Serie A on Sunday with Peter Brackley? We've gotten used to seeing PSG and City in the CL all these years, yet, somehow AC Milan returning just adds a little more of the romanticism of the CL back again.
Absolutely, and what a way to round off his legacy. Goes to a struggling United, wins his first European trophy. Goes to a struggling Milan, wins their first title since he was last there 11 years before. It’s good to have Milan back, it should give United fans hope that the cycle we’ve seen in Italy can repeat itself here.It will be a great retirement party for Zlatan if they win it this upcoming weekend.

Oh gosh yes. I used to love football Italia back in those days. Gooooooooool Accioooooooo. Watching Weah, Batistuta, Vieri, Asprilla, Baggio etc. Magical stuff as a teen.
Such a historic and important club, it's kind of heart-warming to see the resurgence of clubs like Milan and Ajax in this strange era of billionaire-backed clubs.
Was just mesmerised by Signori's no-step penalty technique. Couldn't understand why he could get such power on it.
Retirement? Guy's a lion that plans to play until he's 50!It will be a great retirement party for Zlatan if they win it this upcoming weekend.
Being rich in the 20th century:Ironically, a pretty big chunk of Milan's glory was on the back of a dodgy, billionaire sugar daddy.

It's because Milan are a historic great and part of the status quo no matter how many times people will claim it's down to a moral standpoint, things should be done organically yada yada yada. The comments here have just further proved what was already extremely obvious.Being rich in the 20th century:

They probably have 6 players who would walk into our starting 11 if not more. They've built a very decent, well balanced team (particularly in midfield and fullbacks). Kessie will be a loss though. Is it really a case of revival or the caclio being weaker and weaker. Their team doesnt look that impressive yet they are top of the league.

They'll have it made it back to the top faster than us. I'd never have expected that in 2013.
A little bit different as he was a bit part player and was only gone for 2 years but Drogba returned to us for one year and won one last title 10 years after the first.Last time they won the league, you know who was top scorer as well.
I wonder has any player ever gone away and come back and won a league title again with the same club after 11 years.
I for one welcome our future technological overlords.Away with your facts
Ironically, in 20 years from now Chelsea and City will be remembered as organic teams in comparison to the teams that will be financed by SkyNet

For those who haven't seen the Hernandez goal from yesterday, ran from pretty much his own box and scored.

Think that's a fair point to be honest. What round did the Italian teams get knocked out the Champions League for instance? Milan, bottom of their group, Atalana 3rd, and Inter & Juve knocked out in last 16.
In saying that, im happy for Milan, great to see a massive club like that revived and a more even playing field after the Juve domination a few years back.
Juventus will most likely be the dominant force again soon. It's good for Italian football to have another steady and strong club, though personally can't say i care much about Milan having a revival. I don' dislike them, but they've had their day already and a good amount of it was no romantic 11 Italian lads from near Milan fairytale. To me, glory days Milan was a sleazy sugar daddy club that brought the bulk of their success through buying foreign talent. I'd rather see an Italian club rise up that haven't already had success.
