Well, the main positive is that he isn't a rapist - at least. I don't see anything wrong with prostitution to be fair, I believe that the men and women should be allowed to do with their body what they want, so I'm not too disappointed in him for arranging this meeting - although it's a strange thing to do and I didn't think that it was in his character to do so. He still broke the law though.
But if he tried to cover up the rape with Muniain and Isco, he should be punished, no two ways about it.

If this is true and he was involved in anyway he should be given severe punishment. No place for this kind of thing. However, David doesn't strike me as the type to do this so it will be interesting how it pans out.
I think using a prostitute through a pimp should be a major no-no, the vast majority of time they are being exploited in some kind of way, when not outright slaves.

Well , actually Torbe doesn´t seem the best person in the world , but in 2012 they were 19 or 20 years. Torbe said "teta" and they gave 500/1000 euros without thinking or something like that. They forced her but went voluntarily to the hotel knowing there were football players ?

agree with this. where i am from there was a documentary on this recently. pimps were forcing women to have sex with 8/9/10 guys a day. thats consent with threats which isnt really consent. stick to the independent girls if thats your thing. may have to pay a bit more but you will sleep better at night
